Awful licensing flexibility

It is awful to have a licensing stuck per product NAME and not for product CLASS. This means that if you purchase a "SLES for SAP SP5" commitment and you are currently running SLES for SAP SP1, you will be charged for SLES for SAP SP1 instances, since the commitment is not on the "SLES for SAP" but the version also count. In my opinion this should not happen, since the cost is the same and also the product.
Very disappointed.
Awful licensing flexibility.
I'll do my best to change vendor.
