What do you like best about the product?
Good insight via the web console. Realtime metrics and data is imperative for our decision making. Prompt and efficent support and engineering Team all make a productive partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way of displaying / embedding the waiting room queues so we can use on our TV screens in the office. Sadly the sessions time out (even read only sessions) so not ideal for shared displays. Small point I know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filtering the bad traffic from the good traffic. Its so difficult to understand what traffic is legit with the way bots and scrapers are becoming more advance. We also use the VWR to protect our site from sudden traffic bursts and ensure an informed customer is serviced.
