Thorough Bot Management Solution with Excellent Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
After a brief training period, their models are extremely effective in mitigating bot activity on our website and is a huge help in ensuring traffic on our site is legitimate and in minimizing fraudulent activity. When we have run into unique attack vectors, Netacea's customer service is some of the best I've experienced with any SaaS vendor. Their customer support team (especially James, Gary, and Charlotte) have made themselves available around the clock to see our issues through to resolution.

We recently upgraded our Adobe Commerce ecosystem and Netacea made this transition seamlessly, working with our implementation partners to ensure our protocols were carried over and ready immediately upon the site's relaunch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything negative to say - the Netacea team has gone above and beyond in protecting our site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to implementing Netacea, our website had seen aggressive carding attacks abusing our online checkout methods over the past year. When our credit card processor threatened to deactivate our terminal, Netacea stepped in and communicated directly with our payment processor to explain their solution and how it would prevent further attacks from reaching the processor. Their solution has worked nearly flawlessly since.

Lifesaving Addition to our Ecommerce Security Suite

What do you like best about the product?
The Netacea team was contact during the midst of a prolonged carding attack on our Ecommerce site. Our payment providers were ready to turn off our account until Netacea stepped in. Within 2 months, Netacea was installed, configured, and working optimally on the attack vector hitting our website. Because of the team's quick work, we were able to navigate the hurdle and remain operational. The team was willing to put aside contracts and process with the primary goal of making sure Mud Pie could remain operational. They have a group of team players who just want to see their clients suceed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldnt change a thing about the product or the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Netacea was able to curtail an advanced carding attack while navigating the complexity of our PWA website architecture

Goodbye bots

What do you like best about the product?
Netacea helped our business with dealing with bad bots: we had a different bot management platform, but after evaluating Netacea we decided it was better suited for our needs and switched from the old one.

Netacea people are very nice and always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now almost nothing; maybe the management console should offer some more features, but we are fairly satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are removing a lot of bot traffic, keeping our systems responsive and our (real) customers happy.

What do you like best about the product?
The bot detection algorithm seems to work pretty well, we haven't had any bot-related incidents since using Netacea. The Customer Support is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
On networks shared by many users (for example offices) the rules tend to detect bots as normal users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we had quite a few problems with denial of service attacks, high spikes in bot traffic, noise in our reporting, etc... This has decreased almost 100% since we started using Netacea

What do you like best about the product?
Setup and integration requires little time and it's well guided by an helpful tech team.
Rules refinement takes longer as they must learn better the good and bad traffic.
Final results are simply awesome, more than 1 year after first adoption, the performance lasts and improve!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor detail in the dashboard is still missing but it's just a nice-to-have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blocking bad bots (malicious scrapers, automated purchases, etc) it's saving us time and resources.

A great solution to our bot problem

What do you like best about the product?
Netacea has managed to pick up bot threats that other competitors don't even notice due to a great threat detection system.
We had looked at the market leaders in bot management and had been using an alternative supplier for around 3 years, we did a POC with Netacea and it showed a great increase in traffic we should be mitigating, upon full deployment, the detection was even better once the models had specifically been tuned for our traffic.
Netacea also provides great account support with someone available whenever needed and fanatastic reporting supplied by the account team.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few more options in the the portal for reporting would be great, but we have seen improvements since coming onboard. Feedback is also listened to and implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Netacea takes the strain out of our infrastructure due to unwanted bot requests. This giving genuine customers a better experience, improving the website speeds and also stopping unnessessary requests to 3rd parties where we are charged per request.

What do you like best about the product?
Agentless in nature, easy to test, and even easier to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Everything is working smoothingly.

We saw 49% more carding and account takeover attacks than PerimeterX/Human.
