Not overly impressed
What do you like best about the product?
That files can be view from everywhere. Work, Home, Off site.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes forever to load anything. Every time you click into a folder its not immediate, and you have to wait. It may only be a few seconds but it adds up by the end of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to files from off site locations. Upload from tabletes not just computers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a team of people to help move over files. Don't leave it up to one person.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of uploading images and content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not the most comprehensive or nice to look at/use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Egnyte to help track our projects with uploading and storing thumbnail files for each project we close out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's been great for image sharing, but don't know much beyond that.
Intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte is easy to use and intuitive. It's almost like Google Drive, but just more corporate in feel
What do you dislike about the product?
Egnyte has a desktop sync add-on feature that is not real-time. Sometimes I do not trust that the sync is timely or accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to collaborate and have a communal storage place. Egnyte's more advanced features also allows for commenting and collaboration directly in documents, which is very novel
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore all add-on items like Sync or Commenting features. These can significantly enhance utility and collaboration

It requires you to log in when traveling

It expedites the process of logging in and wasting time on non productive work.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use web-base interface. Ability to track file access, downloads and views.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost for added security features seems prohibitive for the increased feature set

What do you like best about the product?
I really love being able to share multiple documents with in a large corporation quickly and easily. It's accessibility is perfect for our uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not very intuitive- I wish things would be categorized in a different way as opposed to multiple file folders you have to click through. It could be easier to navigate visually.

It’s set up similarly to google drive. Filing structure is basic and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t an option for multiple users to work in the same document. Very easy to overwrite an original document with very limited ability to go back to an earlier version.

Easy to share documents with other offices and much cleaner than using email.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows different types of documents that are easily and directly accessible without any issues. It is very simple to manage who has access to each document. It also facilitates the organization of documents and files that are created in each project, and it gives us an important sense of security.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing concrete that I dislike, but if I had to say something, the interface can be somewhat confusing for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of accessing your documents anywhere just by having internet access. Sharing documents has also become very easy with this program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good product that more than fulfills its function, access your documents quickly and securely, share them without the need for email, with perfect customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use, and the cross platform compatibility I.e. iPhone app, website, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike links to files that expire, it is also difficult for me to easily find an old email with an Egnyte link to a file versus an old email with an attachment
