What do you like best about the product?
Excellent support and updating and adding new features. It is my goto file sharing and backup program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. When I think of a capability I would like to use and want to contact Egnyte support to add this, I discover the feature already exists but need to search Egnyte online help links..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure file sharing with robust notification logs. This helps me track who I have shared data with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a robust user friendly program tool. I highly recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
The storage capacity is what I Like best. We have been able to eliminate all file cabinets
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. So far, every part of the product that I have utilized is excellent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have managed to eliminate paper file storage and searching of ra document is much easier and quicker that going through file cabinets

This product is easy to use, easy to understand and meets all of our needs as a growing corporation.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in accessing and uploading your files whether online or offline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates of the apps should be sent to all clients who has access to the cloud storage, Only one time I experience a very bad situation which it was great to have a very good support from Egnyte to assist and provide me the links and latest patches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to files from various environments.

What do you like best about the product?
I can speak for all of our staff when I say that one of the best things about Egnyte is having access to basically all of our documents, no matter where you are. As an electrical contractor, being able to access the most current documents from anywhere (in the field, at a meeting, even out on the golf course if needed) is a huge benefit and time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to think of something to dislike, but one thing I can think of has to do with one of our policies, not necessarily Egnyte. We only keep the past few years projects on our local server and store everything old strictly in the cloud. When a new year rolls around and we create a new folder, just remembering to ensure that the new folder is set to sync to the cloud is often overlooked. This gets caught when someone can't see the new folder outside of the office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This goes along with the above items, but just being able to have a backup of all data offsite (with historical versioning), and having all of that available at any time and any where.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Salesforce is brilliant .
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. All good. We eeally haven't had a single issue with the integration into our business.

Best solution on the market for remote teams with large files!

What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte's syncing speed, the organization of the app itself, and the quick customer service. There are small features too that may it very easy to control permissions, onboard team members, and navigate local files. The ability to quickly sync large files is fantastic. We've tried multiple different apps (CTera, SugarSync, Google Drive) but Egnyte won in the end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes tickets take some time to resolve because the issues are complex. But honestly, they have been fantastic for the most part and the one ticket I am thinking of ended up being a Microsoft problem. I wish they would have contacted Microsoft about it, but I understand.

Also, they recently made a change that hurt us. They started charging much more for companies like us who have large amounts of data. We had to change our processes and move archived files to Google Drive. Really unfortunate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing large 3D and architectural files with a completely remote team quickly and securely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improve your automations on Zapier! We really want to optimize our processes and the limited Zapier options are disappointing.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, as well as the integration into all of our different computer systems. It, truly, is the simplest platform that I am aware of. When we are building a new festival, we use Egnyte to upload Assets, Necessary Information, Sponsor Contracts, and Egnyte is also host to all of our Graphics that are used and sent throughout the festival building season.

Some of our Graphics files are over a Gig in size, and Egnyte handles it without an issue. The other party can then simply hit download, and have a full resolution file in a short amount of time.

With the file sharing, it is easy to keep a great organizational handle on things such as sponsors. Keeping our Sponsor Contracts, Assets, etc., all in one location. Our team then has the ability to access these files from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We benefit greatly from storage. Rather than us having to have a localized server, and then having to spend the time & money to have an on-call tech support individual; we use Egnyte and it solves our storage and money problems.

It allows us to all integrate together and very easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is fast, convenient, and easy to use. It truly helps us clear a lot of redundancy within our company. Whether it be sharing contracts, images, or even uploading information to share outside of the company.

What do you like best about the product?
With Egnyte I am able to easily transfer, share, download and view files with the click of a button. The app is on my phone and I actively use it to keep up with things at work when I am away from my desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the upload and download speeds are slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some business problems I have solved are being able to access uploads from anywhere with the app for my phone. The benefits are never-ending! I learn something new every day about the capabilities of Egnyte.

What do you like best about the product?
As a law office, that is only mac based, we struggled finding any secure solution that would meet our professional obligations while at the same time being user friendly. We like that we can securely request files from clients, share links to large files, and store all of our files in a single location that is easy to access from every device we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much recently that our firm has disliked about Egnyte. At first the Egnyte Drive had challenges, but the recent improvements have really made using Egnyte Drive easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved our storage needs for an all-mac law office, and have solved getting documents from clients and delivering documents to outside vendors.
