Data storing tool
What do you like best about the product?
can store files in a company's existing data repository, as well as cloud computing storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime File transfer speed is not really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte's software used storage hardware from vendors that include Netgear, Synology and NetApp.The company formed partnerships with cloud vendors such as Amazon and Google Cloud.
Good application for sharing the content
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte is very helpful in uploading and downloading of the data and we can check all documents with different versions. Also it is a very secure application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation can sometimes be difficult

We use egnyte to keep, share and review the documents for various requirements
A solution for Transfering Large Files
What do you like best about the product?
Their are a number of quality features with the Egnyte's application, some which stand out is the syncing speed, the customer service and how the app is very organized. The App also has minor features that make it simple to navigate local files and control user permssions. The ability to sync large files in a quck manner makes this a great product. Compared to Googledrive, I would go with Egnyte
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any large complaints, if you have a complex problem it might take a little of time for the support staff to get back to you. At times you might think its an Egnyte program when it was really a Microsoft problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to share some very large files remotely and securely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can confirm that Egnyte is a great product. It has really helped us improve the productivity of the entire office.
Functional, fast and perfect (for work)
What do you like best about the product?
As written in the title, it seems to have no drawbacks at work. Permission system can be very complex and adaptable to every kind of business and use. Also, egnyte drive and browser extensions are great
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to have no integration with Mac OS menus. Moreover, permission system can be hard to maintain effectively. By a user point of view I would be happy with a deeper and more customisable search system

I like some of it features of because it collaborate my some important files, and also for data privacy it's good.

I think cost is somehow is high, it might be just for me but I think it should be little low then original price

Once its stopped working I don't think it was just a app problem but I faced this once.

Egnyte platform provide best file sharing mechanism for it's users over cloud sharing. Access provisioning system is Also one of it's kind

Sometimes sharing document does not open which feels frustated

As a freelancer, I was working with a company that used Egnyte. It was a nice experience, clear fast. And as I was told the most secure there is.

File sharing and collaboration
It is worth considering this tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful to host, share and make backup copies of the files of a company and it is observed that it is a service focused on professional users, mainly companies with different delegations or who need to share files with clients or suppliers on a regular basis. It is very interesting because it is not limited to a storage space, but it has collaboration tools, backup and mobile access that make it really complete. Once subscribed to the service, we can create as many folders as we deem appropriate. We will have the possibility to save and access the files hosted in the storage service either through a web browser, or through a virtual disk drive created on our computer, which will allow us to drag and drop documents without using the browser . Once our folders have been created and our files uploaded, we can set access permissions to the different directories, and allow members of a work group to access, modify, delete, or upload new files according to the permissions marked. If we modify any file, the previous version is always saved, thus keeping a history of all the changes made.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage I observe is the lack of translation into Spanish of the interface they have. If this is not a problem for you, it is worth considering. Sometimes I feel that inherited permits may be a little without any order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides many advantages for the security of the data that we handle in the company, and also includes interesting functions, which go beyond a simple space to host our files making our department work in a more organized and safe way. We no longer have to worry about the security of our files.

The price is very competitive for the storage and tools they offer

What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing this software between companies & colleagues to maintain working revisions of collaborative documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike - this software functions well for our use (collaborative file sharing and storing). The only thing that is a missing capability in my POV is the ability to edit the file collaboratively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize this software between our company and suppliers, our company HQ and other organizations of our company, and internally. We use this software for data back up - and a tool to store files that need to be accessed between mutual stakeholders. You can revision lock files, modify permissions of folders, and open in web edit for quick manipulation;
