Content collaboration made secure and easy
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is its ease of use.. It's easy to share files with colleagues/customers and allows my team to stay organized and have one central hub to access the files we need to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be an expensive solution. However the benefits outweigh the price, especially for organizations that need their content accessed in the most secure way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte has impacted my work by allowing myself to work more efficiently. I can quickly access and share the files I need to see at any given time without worrying that they will get into the wrong hands.

What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte respects a rightful order with its structure of permissions, something that makes me feel really safe when it comes to protecting my data. A great function include it is the WebEdit, which allows one person to edit a document but only once at a time, which avoids confusion with several rounds of editions and doesn’t create several versions of the same product. In general, Egnyte is a great option to upload and share files. I can speak for my whole team when I say it’s one of the most important software we have in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have real important complains about Egnyte, as I think it’s an excellent program. I would like it to be able to handle bigger files and faster downloads, but I know it will come eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company has been using Egnyte for the past 3 years. I have been a witness of its implementation and it has been amazing. Our team travels frequently and Egnyte's cloud-based nature allows us to connect and have access to all our file system from anywhere we are. It’s very helpful in cases where files are too large, as Egnyte will link and allows to have access from the distance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Egnyte can be used in various ways and it will all depend on what you want to use it for. If you want to use it for collaboration between offices and colleagues, it will be suitable for you. If you want to use for as a fast synchronization function, it will work great too.

What do you like best about the product?
1.Sharing. I am excited that this software allows for one to share files in real-time. Again it allows for one to share large files easily and quickly.
2.Editing.It has some advanced editing features that allow users to collaborate in document formation this saving on time and improves work productivity.
3.Easy to use. It has an easy to use interface making it even more user-friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hardly can I mention any dislike if this software but I wish more filters would be added to make it quicker in searching for files.

Egnyte is a tool that is helping us in documentation.

Egnyte is one solid document management team. It is intuitive and provides security for the data you are dealing with.

Egnyte has been used at my work place for over 5 years. I have been using it for about 4 years. Egnyte has been a great tool for record keeping, updating, sharing, Etc. Easy to use and Organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike about Egnyte is that you can't edit the files directly from the site and save. Also if there was file format conversions. I will keep using Egnyte as long as the company i work for keeps providing it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Record keeping and filing is our main usage for egnyte. So being able to log in and download the correct file with ease is awesome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really recommend egnyte to those needing to have files shared within a corporation. Security and permissions are awesome and you know who sees what.

Working in remote team. Data transfer through mail is not possible due to the size restrictions.

At times it gets slow and it makes it difficult to upload or download data from it.

Enterprise file sharing, collaboration and archiving with previews, permissions, and versioning
What do you like best about the product?
File structure, searching, and navigating in general are very familiar and requires ZERO training. You use Egnyte like you use your file explorer on your desktop, laptop or tablet. No need to learn an all new interface just to do the most basic functions with files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Folder and file permissions would benefit from the ability for any level user to create their own sharing groups. While I am not authorized to create a group permission at the root level, I would appreciate being able to create a distribution group/workgroup with whom I frequently share files and restrict them from sharing them further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can access and share files on any device, from anywhere, at any time. As a road warrior and remote (WFH) employee this is critical. I no longer carry USB sticks for backups as I know all I need is internet access and I've got access to what I need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Egnyte is something very simple to roll out to staff with no new training required. With appropriate policies and workflows, Egnyte can improve business continuity, enable your remote workforce, and increase data security overall. It should definitely be among the top considerations when shopping for a file storage and sharing solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it offers more than just cloud storage. It supports mobile and it is very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The disadvantage is that it has several options only for entreprise users and the free trial is very short.

It has really impacted my work due to its safety and and been able to save documents easily and efficiently. It also has a good pricing
