Great Product use it on all my devices
What do you like best about the product?
It replaces Filing Cabinets, I now have a new virtual filing cabinet integrated with my CRM on all my and my employees devices

Could be a better interface for Microsoft Surface

A Good, Secure Server for File Transfers
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte's best feature is it's unique link generating capabilities to share folders with both my clients and my Team Members. These links can be specially made for for upload only, download only and view only.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing that can sometimes be extra work for me, but it's a feature that boosts security so I cannot be too upset about it. When Egnyte generates a link to share files, etc... that link cannot be live for more than a month max. I have clients each month I have to provide a new link for. Not that it's a huge deal, but it creates excess communications and tasks to some degree.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving with Egnyte are our companies and clients ability to securely store data for past, present and future projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely consider this platform for secure data storage and transfers internally or externally.
A reliable and flexible cloud solution for file sharing and storage.
What do you like best about the product?
The thoughfulness of design and ease of use, as well as the flexibility, from web interfaces to FTP access to mobile apps. Also, the security of our data and the ability to protect and secure communications and file sharing is a huge plus for our style of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything we don't like about it... it's been a great success for us over many years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved: File storage and project management, various levels of security and access for our different types of users. Benefits realized: ability to archive and recover files, track use of files and who is accessing them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, easy to learn, and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main folders tags should have options to be highlighted and should have cheaper options for my staff to have individual access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte ensures that my company have the backup for all my files while staying HIPAA compliance.
Egnyte has been a seamless tool to implement.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add users and be selective with user access. Users outside of our organization can easily upload/download with just an emailed link.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have issues with Egnyte opening via Chrome.

Confidential sharing of loan documents and financials with prospects and customers.
Initial experience has been extremely positive

Working remotely and sharing files with contractors and colleagues is excellent
Cloud and NAS
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have a Netgear NAS at out physical location and real time sync to the cloud for our remote workers. We have used Egnyte for the past 10. Having the NAS onsite makes super quick access to large photo files and videos however over the years with bandwidth increasing our offsite users love the and web web access

they reduced the number of standard users you can have. we use these for a salesman portal that only have limited access to files

secure access for remote users and the ability to integrate with AD makes authority very easy.

Fast uploads and downloads, easy to organize easy to share

There is nothing I dislike about it how can you possibly dislike fast speeds

We really like the product. We wish that we could change the color of different folders to better organize them.

We no longer have to use external hard drives for all of our e- file copies which is great.
