What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and it is accessible to any and everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the way that it is laid out. I'd like to see it designed a different way, so that I can use it more efficiently. A faster program is always a better way to work within time schedules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being more organized in the work system. We share many files with people within our industry and outside our industry. It is a great gateway to have huge files and share them with people whose emails can't rely on bigger than 25G files.
Great for File Sharing and Remote Access
What do you like best about the product?
That I can access, share, download my files from any location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The User profiles are quite limited. It would be great to customize the user types, or if there were more profiles you could assign. For instance outside users such as Architect/Engineer who can upload, share, distribute, same for Subcontractors, Owners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, we use it for field and office personnel to access contract documents. It is also a good way to share documents with the link, in email when the file is too large to send.

The way files ae organized and the new option of have a preview of the recent documents uploaded, really helped me track my work

I bookmarked it and now it takes forever to open

What do you like best about the product?
The file access is seamless. When I'm at home or in my office, the interface is just like I'm on my local machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes file syncing can lag. I've had files that keep popping up as unsynced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves so much time vs. VPN or other competing platform.

Its the best platform I've used. No other program comes close.

Egnyte in the Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
Folder management is key for Egnyte. Having the ability to see the date modified for the folder or file is most useful for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop sync has not always worked for me so I work directly out of the website. This could be more user error but I've tried to reconnect/sync and there always seems to be an issue. It feels safter / faster for me to just work out of the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely with a team who is also remote but we constantly share files through Egnyte. This is our main benefit!
Amazingly Easy, and Simple File Management
What do you like best about the product?
We have tried all of the solutions. Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, Box. They all have similar issues in which they are designed for collaboration with people, but not designed with collaboration inside an organization. Egnyte allows collaboration between people in an organization, and the company owns all of the files. Get rid of an employee? Just delete their account. No ownership transfer, and we even can always see what's in their private account as an admin. AMAZING!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Desktop app is a bit slow to sync, and we have some issues trying to QuickLook at files on our mac computers. They are releasing updates, and I hope to see this resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, the permissions system is what we love about it! It is what allows Egnyte to be better than every other solution we have tried.

What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte is very user friendly, easy to navigate and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of notifications at the bottom of the screen. Perhaps I can turn them off and just haven't checked the settings, but they are sometimes distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've realized that I can navigate through a lot of servers quite quickly without any server speed issues. I was able to pick up the layout of the program very quickly and haven't run into any major issues.
