Keeping Organized is Now Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to keep all projects (in my case properties) organized. Changes are made effortlessly, and it's just as easy on the app as it is on the computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any problems, so there's not anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte has allowed me to be more organized, which then improves my work efficiency.

Egnyte keeps things easy. Folders and files are simple to find and maneuver.

What do you like best about the product?
It contains a large extraordinary storage capacity designed, being a software quite easy to install on any platform and simple to use, mentioning that it also allows you to share files quickly, with a very sophisticated loading time, without excluding that it contains an interface very incredible in every aspect it has, because more than anything in prevalent information of its activities when it is implemented to a particular platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can mention that loading large files within a high capacity range is limited, when we go to a remote way, which can be difficult and cause failures of large proportions since it can become a problem in large magnitudes, without exclude that it presents non-conformities according to the backup copies of each of these files that a company must protect, and sometimes it can be dire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte is our main file storage for the entire organization, since we are a large company with virtual determinations, because we use this software since we can additionally share documents in the facilities of the business establishment internally, as if we were in the same office working in a server environment, mentioning that the system solves many of the problems that arise and allows us to work efficiently on a daily basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Egnyte is suitable for internal communications when we refer to a company, since the members of these establishments can share information in a unique and totally easy way, including that it is also perfect to store in a secure way online, All the files it contains, in other relevant aspects it should be noted that the software understands how content is created and consumed, taking advantage of these virtues to speed up the workflow.
Extremely convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Uploading files and searching for files in a folder is very fast. I log in very easily and instead of having to search through individual files in file explorer, I can search keywords in specific folder. The website is much easier than file explorer. Rather than waiting minutes to seach for a file, it will load in seconds and it can search in a specific folder which vastly narrows the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any downsides of using egnyte. We have a Z drive through file explorer where we can also access our files, and it's fine for opening documents, but searching through file explorer takes a very long time to load any results. Its fine for locating files you already know the location of, but the website it much better at finding documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing company files is much easier. We need a cloud based file system so everyone can access any file in the company, and egnyte solves that problem. Especially since quarantine forced everyone to work from home, egnyte allows documents to be easily uploaded to be shared with other members of the company. Quarantine would not have been manageable if everyone had to keep emailing important documents to individual people, thus compromising security and making the transfer of documents to other people a chaotic nightmare. Egnyte has been a great tool for us to use during lockdown.

What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte has all the ability required by the user on having a successful and productive construction development projects. Cloud-based, and very to to use as the tool offers real-time documents editing ability, easy sharing projects files through this software and the coordination capability is great with no comparison.
Egnyte is very flexible product allowing the user to set the files structure to different required usage method and its drop and drag function helps the user very much.
Records keeping from all the involved members from different teams, very simple accessing the tool files, easy uploading, downloading and the mobile access its fantastic.

No problem for me to state , as far as Egnyte performance and functionalities is involved. Easy to implement and start working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers excellent team collaboration and easy documents sharing, uploading and downloading and also task tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Especially to the construction projects managers, this is the tool to use for simple coordination of several projects and files sharing to different professional, as it also tracks the task and manages various construction documents on Cloud.

It's simplicity and ease of use. Recipients do not need to download software to receive a secure file.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is arguably steep, however, the software is so useful it is justifiable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending large files in securely, without the 'hassle' of recipients needing to create an online profile and having to remember a long and secure password that can be easily forgotten.

If you often struggle to send large sized files to your clients or colleagues, Egnyte is the software for you. It is quick, convenient and secure.
Life saver when working from home
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to access all necessary files from remote location
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to "mis file" a document and then have to figure out where you put it. But, this is no different than if you were using a paper file
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to retrieve, review and then respond to client related situations without being in the office. This has allowed me to remain effective during Covid

What do you like best about the product?
It allows different types of documents that are easily and directly accessible without problems. It is very easy to manage who has access to each document. It also facilitates the organization of documents and files that are carried out in each project, it also gives us an important sense of security.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific that I dislike, to say the least the interface can be somewhat confusing for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
. The ease of accessing your documents anywhere just by having internet access. Sharing documents has also become very easy with this program.

Good product that more than fulfills its function, access to your documents quickly and safely, share them without the need for email, with perfect customer service

The lack of an official MS Flow connector; this would be really beneficial to many organisations.
