Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Just a very easy way for file transfer. I've been using it for a number of years and so simple to upload and download files. Very simple to send download links
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything, would be nice if they had an app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I can't access a companies FTP site, just easier to use Egnyte.

What do you like best about the product?
It easy to create a shared folder for clients. They can upload contents without logging in
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a while to upload the videos. Some folders suddenly crash.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security of file sharing and storage.
Underdog between other platform but annoying if working offline
What do you like best about the product?
I can access easily on my Chrome and my people in my organisation use it a lot everyday. The platform has a clean interface which I like and many integrated apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many people are familiar with Egynte, especially in Indonesia. Also, you cannot retrieve your files offline which is annoying when you are in a travelling mode and working in airplanes. You always need a very good internet connection every time you use Egynte.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so easy to share my files with people outside my organisation. Not really a problem so far though. I had some glitch when saving my files causing conflicted changes but I think because Egynte heavily depends to a good internet connection.

What do you like best about the product?
It is really user friendly. Easy to keep files and folders organized. The different levels of users makes it simple for security purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was initially sold on the levels of security but I'm not sure I see those with day to day use. How do I know my files are being backed up and assurance of not being hacked?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have absolutely solved having to share files among our three companies. This has helped keep everyone in a centralized location. Our financial manager has one location for all invoices and receipts - instead of looking in shared Google drives.

This really is a simply way to store, share and organize documents.

The organized folders I guess and the fact that it is on the cloud.

hard to locate files, not integrated with other programs well

Has ease of use and handling because you can upload the files in a fast and super easy way achieving to share the files in a simple and effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does everything it promises to be a useful and practical driving tool, but I only get hung up on it once, so it's the only negative I can pinpoint.

Allows you to maintain security when sharing files which makes it a very ideal and effective tool to implement. Achieving share all files in a practical and simple way.

What do you like best about the product?
What I've found most helpful in Egnyte is all the amount of information that can be stored and updated in real-time, as well as manage it with a large group of people in a company. I also like the fact that I can connect Egnyte to my desktop and use it in places without an internet connection, so I can work in airports, coffee shops, etc. Egnyte is also very useful when it comes to our job because it allows us to work on the same document and keep track of changes, and the date of these changes. I find it very useful to work on software that allows me to access all the information I need as an intern, to get to know and understand better how the company works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like and dislike at the same time the fact that Egnyte can be connected as a Drive unit on your desktop. This is very useful when you go to places without the internet but can also be tedious. I dislike also the fact that if not linked to your computer drive, you have to download the software in order to make changes in real-time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte helps me solve problems of knowledge management. It is very easy for any company member just to access files and don't need to ask anyone about sending them to you or give you permission to edit it. Egnyte allows every member to find all the documents and information you need as long as someone has already uploaded the files. Egnyte also allows me to organize all the different files of my projects better, and with broader storage, that turns out to be a great asset of this software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When using Egnyte, make sure you make a very specific organization of your files and projects. Since the software allows you to upload an enormous quantity of information, take advantage, and organize everything as well as you can. It is also very helpful to connect your C:// to Egnyte, so you will have access to all the files from your computer, whether you have internet access or you don't.

Egnyte connect and the functionality it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need better filter functionality on the web console. The ability to filter per column would be nice. Browsing to a folder that is a few pages away is slightly cumbersome. Being able to quickly apply a filter in the folder name column would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our data more accessible to our remote and mobile workers. Egnyte has met our needs without a doubt!

Keeping Organized is Now Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to keep all projects (in my case properties) organized. Changes are made effortlessly, and it's just as easy on the app as it is on the computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any problems, so there's not anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte has allowed me to be more organized, which then improves my work efficiency.
