Ease of access, security, reliability, user friendly

The handling of stored MSG outlook files. You need to use a external app to view attachments

I love that it allows me to be just as productive from home.

I havent found many things that I dislike. Maybe the UI needs an update? But still awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company now realizes we can still be productive in sales during this pandemic.
This product is very easily to set and use for our clients and firm personnel.

Ease of use and notifications when clients have updated information

I would like to see a way that subfolders created under a client could have separate secure and confidential client access so I can provide access to different people at the client site.

One stop storage for uploading and downloading client files

The managment console. As a network admin, the managment console is really user friendly. You can manage everything really easyly

The only thing I dislike is when it's time to collaborate in word or excel file you are limited to the web app

Security of files, allowing our employees to share files or folder with external partner, sending big file by email, etc.

Egynte is a great way to share documents and edit with the work team.

When someone has a document open and you cannot access it at the same time.

Egnyte helps to secure client documents and it is a great way to organize each and every important document for clients.
Egnyte has made working in a collaborative cloud so easy!

The fact that I can access my drive files in a secure web base.

The sign in process, the picture matching requirement is a pain.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the UI. In the service industry staying up to date while in the field is crucial. This honestly gives us the edge, tying all our data together seamlessly.

Not much to dislike! They have all the bases covered!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT, data cloud management.
Intuitive, Simple, Robust
What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot to like: The user interface is simple and intuitive and navigation is easy to learn. Uploading large documents is seamless with a great drag and drop system. Flexibility is key as we run a number of simultaneous diligence processes and can grant access on a folder basis, making system security compatible with our need to multi-task. Most important, we don't have to spend a lot of time teaching/training our shareholders on how Egnyte works. Its intuitive interface is a time save for us. Egnyte is a very cost efficient solution for our file sharing and diligence process needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little not to like. It would be nice to have more customization features (although it is quite possible we just haven't taken the time to learn about those options). We haven't taken advantage of training opportunities so we can't assess that aspect of Egnyte's service although we receive consistent communication from Egnyte about updates and webinars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As noted above, collaboration in financial and operational diligence is our primary use of Egnyte. Many larger firms have customized data room platforms that are far more complicated than Egnyte. The simplicity and intuitive nature of Egnyte make it perfect for our business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of companies providing services like Egnyte. We have used a lot of them over time and haven't found any that come close to providing the value and service that Egnyte provides.
As a newcomer, Egnyte has made entering the creative industry and working remotely an ease.
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature by far, is the ability to access past versions of files. If I accidentally lose or trash the old version of a file I need to grab as asset from, being able to access those old versions makes my life so much easier. Aside from that, the sheer ease of use with Egnyte. The ability to create and stack folders, a structured hierarchy - its so easy to navigate. Not to mention its ability to house absolutely MASSIVE file sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've had with Egnyte is when downloading large folders - after a certain size, if I'm downloading a folder containing large files, when the download is complete, some of the files won't have downloaded. At this point, I've learned to download large files individually rather than at all once. This is not a huge deal - actually faster in most instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
100% the issues that are posed with remote working in the creative industry, Egynte is a godsend. Being able to quickly upload, share, and download assets / working files / exports - it makes working SO much easier. As a newcomer to my industry, I wasn't sure how this process of passing on files would work, but Egnyte makes it quick and keeps me from worrying. Collaboration is also extremely easy with Engyte, passing on files to one person and then back to me, makes it so simple to exchange edits.

sometimes the uploads take long but that could be internet related.
