Secure cloud storage, helpful interface with Google documents and Esign, notification about file updates

The ability to work from home or work without missing a beat is life changing. I love being able to access work files from anywhere when necessary.
The easiest way to manage and share
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte allows me to easily keep track of file versions and send the location of those files for review without worrying about making duplicates for different audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a downside yet. It operates the same way as any file server but with the added perks of a cloud-based sharing system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to keep multiple versions of a given file to satisfy internal needs and review needs. Egnyte reduces the number of versions we had to keep of a single file. Using Egnyte means we have a better way to accommodate our review needs and our storage needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using it as a file server and a cloud service for client review.

Egnyte is very easy to use. There are no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know when I need information pertaining to my job that I can count on Egnyte to have that information.
Great file sharing experience with different integration options
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with different platforms is needed in the future, and Egnyte provides excellent support for file sharing with other platforms like share point, Azure, S3, etc. We can use Egnyte as destop app also, which makes easy to access. Egnyte also has a mobile version and supports almost all functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
No, as such. I feel it is still emerging. User interface and User experience can be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I want to share a large file with password protection and link expiration, Egnyte is handy. When we have to share file with other support provider users or teams, we use Egnyte as repository for documents and files.

The ability to sync files to work offline on my work laptop whilst also being able to access them via the web.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's ability to sync MS access databases when they're in use in a shared file by multiple users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that all my files are continuously backed up and accessible from anywhere. Meaning if I don't have my laptop I can access them on my phone or tablet.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration of everything is seamless across multiple file types. There is also a desktop option included making it easy to access frequently used files in the cloud. The files are accessible but never cumbersome on my local pc storage capacity. Also, the mobile side is well developed and includes a full range of functionality. Things always work smoothly. The Egnyte team has obviously worked diligently to meet users' needs and develop stability for all.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. It almost always works as intended. Web Edit is one more thing to download, but the benefits outweigh the annoyance of more software. Egnyte can be slow to open Web Edit and edit the document at times, but it seems proportional to the file size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intra-agency collaboration. We are solving problems of security and constant email sharing of files. Projects are easily tracked and changes are always well logged with the audit feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend multiple logins and setting up Egnyte on every single work device. To use Egnyte and not use it everywhere is missing out on actual collaborative opportunities. Moreover, it does not require a specific document's software to view a document. Those on the go and those in the office can be a part of the project's conversation. Egnyte can also use touch ID on iOS and a passcode option on all mobile platforms. It can also encrypt local storage for added security. Great product and not intrusive.
Egnyte is a versatile, powerful cloud file solution
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte has a great web UI, and it also offers tools to allow syncing of files to NAS devices. It also integrates with Windows as a mapped drive through its Connect app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The syncing app only supports one stream at a time. If you're doing a big project like data migration, you can request multiple streams, but Egnyte won't allow that feature for everyday use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte allows our clients who work outside the office in the field to access and update files no matter where they are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider it as a more versatile and robust solution than Dropbox. Its ability to integrate with various hardware platforms makes it a worthwhile service to implement.

What do you like best about the product?
My industry involves collaboration and Egnyte allows us to securely share documents, which enables our internal and external communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the worst thing about Egnyte is when teammates do not use it. But the one area it could improve is its web-based platform. It is functional but doesn't compete well with Microsoft teams.

Secured internal and external communication and the storage of documents in a secured location for our team and collaborators.

Get your entire team onboard to use Egnyte. Try to avoid people using different services like Microsoft Teams. It undermines the utility of each service
