User friendly cloud system
What do you like best about the product?
I can share document, images, video using any type of device (laptop, iPad, Android, ...) and get a link very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't make out of my organization user aware when there is a new file in a shared folder for him to retrieve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Microsoft word and excel online via egnyte allow users to operate remotely from any location without the requirement for Microsoft Office. As someone who does not have access to the desktop version, this has allowed me to work from home throughout the epidemic. It's also simple to email papers to my coworkers. I like how simple it is to use and how quickly our firm was onboarded. It was a simple procedure to migrate our files to Egnyte, and it has fundamentally changed the way we collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part about Egnyte is when your colleagues don't use it. However, there is one area in which it might improve: its web-based platform. It's functional, but it's not up to par with Microsoft's teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To meet internal and review needs, we used to store several versions of a particular file. Egnyte helps us keep track of fewer revisions of a single file. We now have a better approach to satisfy our review and storage demands, thanks to Egnyte.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Because of its low cost, it is a highly recommended instrument. It comes with all of the necessary features to assist you in advertising your business on a wide scale. This tool will show you how to share projects with clients in a secure manner.

What do you like best about the product?
That it is a backup to my z drive and I can get all the documents I need. Even if it goes into the trash, I can retrieve it & restore.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it goes down, I cannot do my job at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said earlier, if my z drive is down, then I can sign into egnyte and recover my documents, even if they are in the trash.
Very Good Cloud Storage tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration with other services makes deployment much easier than other cloud storage tools. Also, the various ways to sync data to devices makes this a user-friendly option.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of tech support was not so great when I was using the product. It may have improved in the last few years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content collaboration and ease of access by contractors makes Egnyte a valuable resource.
Long time user and a big fan

Easy to use, great modern alternative to traditional LAN

I have no complaints; Egnyte continues to improve over time, building on its strengths.

We are a small business with offices in three countries - Egnyte is the perfect cloud-based "LAN" for our business

You will find Egnyte to be a much more intuitive platform if you are looking for a cloud-based "LAN" with so much additional functionality on top of it
Egnyte is a huge time saver
What do you like best about the product?
We have employees in different states. I love that I can store everything in Egnyte and can access it anywhere. I've been on vacation but can still get pdf's of anything that I have saved. I love that I can make my own folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the search button works great. I have searched logos but it didn't come up. Yet, I have a folder labeled Logos and templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in Delaware but the mail comes to Texas. I have signed up for everything to come by email. I just download the invoice and 'file' in Egnyte. Saves everyone paper, stamps and time. You can't count on the USPS anymore.
Generally works well; I especially like the desktop sync apps
What do you like best about the product?
I especially like the desktop sync application. It allows users to create an Egnyte folder that can be accessed through Windows explorer
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I like the desktop sync application, the first time syncing everything is a pain in the butt. The files take forever to finish syncing, and users are unable to prioritize certain folders to sync first.

I like being able to use it across multiple devices.

Simple and easy to use - drag and drop and file set up is great.

The graphics and intrface could do with a face lift.
