What do you like best about the product?
I find it to be very accessible, even for those who aren't too good with technology. Also I like how easy it is to navigate

I think Egnyte is very good tool to share the information and keep those there.

What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte is the most reliable and most easy to understandble software i have ever used.
It's simplicity and interface is very easy so new user can also use without any training.

According to me i don't dislike anything in egnyte. All the things are good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically egnyte is file exchanging system so we exchange the files with clients.

Easy to understand so must use.

What do you like best about the product?
As an old Directory Services administrator, I recognize the elegant, fine-grained access control that Egnyte has. The platform is delightfully intuitive and seems to lead you where you want to go. There is nothing awkward about the interface, as it gently guides you where you want to go. If you care about corporate branding, Egnyte gives you the tools necessary to apply your corporate branding to the service. Finally, I think you will find Egnyte's product quite afordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not discovered anything I didn't like, except that I didn't find it sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can store data assets off-site quickly and efficiently. The WebDAV mount makes file transfer as simple as native local storage. User administration lets us centralize shared data transport across our lines of business.

I love Egnyte's ability to share files, makes collaboration with a team easy.

Whenever Egnyte upgrades, I lose all my shortcuts, which is short-term pain.

Reliable storage, great collaboration for teams.
Document Filing Perfection
What do you like best about the product?
I have used several filing systems in my 20 years as a clinical research monitor. Egnyte is fast, powerful, reliable, and most importantly EASY to use and understand. It is by far the most straightforward system I have used. The beauty is in the simplicity, which saves countless labor-hours of training. Highly recommend this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my purposes, there is nothing about Egnyte that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit is the time savings. I can navigate the folders and access records at a pace unrivaled by any other system I have used.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how much training will be required of your end-users for whichever system you select. Because the file structure of Egnyte is so familiar to the vast majority of Windows & Mac OS users, the training required will likely be minimal.
Great user experience using Egnyte
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to store files in a clean, uncluttered interface - and move files around as needed with ease. And the dev team seems to regularly update with bug fixes and added features. And the mobile app integration is solid as well - really helps with my day-to-day file management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing - everything simply works. 2FA through Authy works great, and I've yet to run into anything that was a showstopper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing large files with clients and colleagues. Not having to go outside our Egnyte-branded ecosystem is a great feature as well.

Egnyte offers a terrific service - you won't regret using it for your organization.
Great platform for collaborative working
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can connect to any device I use and extract shareable links to give to colleagues. My favourite part of Egnyte though is Egnyte Connect which I use constantly on my desktop – with a click of a button I can search an entire server and pinpoint the location I want the search engine to look in. It's fast and always reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
No option to customise shareable links – it would be good to be able to place our company logo on the download page when sharing files with clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a large archive Egnyte has benefitted us hugely in terms of easy accessibility to our library and the ability to seamlessly collaborate on various projects.

The web version does not have as many function as the desktop app version.

It would be nice if I could open files in excel from the web browser, like an "open with excel" option.
