Rock solid file management
What do you like best about the product?
I can archive and share files across multiple project accounts quickly and easily. Very intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. It functions reliably and meets all my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte's file management architecture allows me to easily manage customer project files in multiple categories across multiple projects without fear of losing any data. The web and application format also gives me flexible ways to access my data.

Functionality and ease of use. Very easy to share files across teams.

There is not really anything to dislike in this application. Purpose served using this application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte is helping us with file sharing irrespective of the file sizes. No such benefit financially.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to have a remote access system that multiple users can use at the same time. I think this is better than Cloud. This system is much more user friendly than others I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I run into a few situations, I have trouble creating new folders or moving items to the folders created in the system. I have to request our company IT help to make this work at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to share inventories across our company in real time. It is amazing that multiple users can use the same documents uploaded at the same time instead of waiting for someone to close down before I can use it.

You have to user Egnyte, it makes life easier

So far, nothing Egnyte works withou issues.

A lot of problems, such as sharing Project documentation, manuals or software for end-users or customers when it is required.

Having to send 2 separate links to share/upload

The ability to record unlimited issues or stages of compliance from our Field Engineers. Plus provide an easily accessible central storage for paperwork and historic maintenance.

Its like drop box without all the hassle and much more powerful

What do you like best about the product?
The platform was super easy to set up. I enjoyed working with the Egnyte team to assist in moving 55+ TB of data from all our on-prem servers to Egnyte. We had to set up a couple of Egnyte Sync Servers to help with sites with slow internet links. They also worked with us on a schedule to do some training for a big audience. Going the extra mile following up with issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. We have been using Egnyte for about 3 years now so one could say we were 'early adopters. We took a big risk in moving all our data to a cloud storage provider but with all their governance and reporting at our fingertips, we are never in the dark about where our data is. The platform has grown and is evolving so I can only see it getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing on-prem servers. Providing a collaborative environment for teams. Giving our users the ability to share files with external contacts. Our users have been more productive using the tools we provided.
It is reliable for sharing private files and collaborating.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to share, update, and upload things; it's just a fantastic portal for sharing files with coworkers; we have no trouble uploading pdf or spreadsheet files. I adore Egnyte because it allows me to store several proposals together; this fantastic solution allows me to preserve my sales proposals so easily. It saves us a significant amount of time. It has the best cloud storage capacity in my opinion. It allowed us to rapidly access data from both the phone and the PC, and its ability to backup data is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could alter a filename when importing it into the system, but there isn't much I dislike about Egnyte. This is simply fantastic software since it keeps us linked at all times. It greatly assists us in completing all of our chores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can save time by resolving your file storage needs and providing a specific location for employees and collaborators to upload and access files. This limits the number of emails that arrive in your mailbox. The biggest advantage it offers is that it saves a lot of time and energy, keeps all your files and other valuable products safe, and you can easily share them through this amazing software. After learning about its amazing ability to share work with clients, I became a fan of this product. Having an Egnyte store is a blessing as it frees us from the stress of losing valuable data.

This promising product is a product that everyone can trust. The great ability for multiple people to edit a document at the same time is beneficial because it increases teamwork productivity. Egnyte is a great cloud data storage resource for sharing multiple files. Multiple users can access and manipulate such files, all with secure data structures. Egnyte makes it easy to track files and data, and makes it easy and fast for users to enter databases.

a secure way for colleagues outside of your employer to securely upload documents to you via an email link.

Secure cloud storage is the main benefit but Egnyte offers multiple ways to access your data.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I belong to the TAM team, so using Egnyte help me to execute processes like Deployment Reviews with customers and also solving Support Cases.

Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate online and install on a mac computer as well, very simple steps. The activity pane is very useful as well when viewing the last activity on that folder etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like how it randomly disconnects sometimes and you have to go all the way back to that folder you were in to go back where you started from, you can't leave off where you started from, unfortunately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized the helpfulness of the copy and paste tool, where you have options to copy a link to go directly to that document without having to log in to Egnyte.
