Egnyte Helps Keep Me Secure
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Egnyte is that it helps remote teams share documents securely. I also like how easy the platform is to use and the flexibility it gives teams that are spread apart.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be completely honest, this question is difficult to answer. There really isn't much I dislike about the platform. I guess if I had to choose though, I would make it more visually appealing to look at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte is solving many problems for companies these days. In a new world where working remotely has become the norm. Egnyte keeps data/document sharing secure and safe between remote employees.

multiple user management, data authentication, offline access, file locking, and audit reports.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not really seen any. Would maybe see when i use it real time on daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control and access on each level, cost wise i feel its quite affordable with a lot of features.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which the files can be managed is the best part. A particular file can be accessed via different platforms which makes it a cross-functional 360-degree tool. The threat management is another important feature that saves the organization's critical data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file sharing and collaboration space are somewhat pretty challenging as there are many big players like Microsoft, and Google in this space, Egnyte needs to stand out and bring in features that the other platforms are not offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as a file-sharing platform wherein users can come in and collaborate as well also it helps to protect the files being used daily to prevent any ransomware attack.

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best software I have ever used for file sharing. You share your files in cloud based environment without worrying about security while you're working remotely
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it processes data slowly and I find it difficult to get support. It's takes a lot of time for navigating and to find the right knowledge article for problems that you face
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving security issues while file sharing, share file is easy. It made life easy with it's abilities to share file over cloud without worrying about confidentiality
Great if you have a dedicated person or team to organize it

Ease of storage and compatibility with Microsoft allows for easy collaborative editing and working

It can easily become disorganized if your team or company are not dedicated to and have a process for keeping it organized

Collaborative editing/reviewing and client project organization
Excellent documentation storage and sharing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte is very helpful as both a power user and general document reviewer. It helps your organization store large amounts of documentation, share that documentation with other team members. It also has a great setup for power users as the owner of documentation, while allowing other team members to simply have downloading access without uploading access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving between folder locations at the top of the page is not ideal. You cannot see all of the subfolders unless you look to the left side of the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte is great for online storage so that team members do not have their computer's hard drives fully stored.

It helps data sharing happen more efficiently and securely
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a bit sceptical about data security, sometimes I wonder if my data is really secure but lately the skeptic in me has fallen in love with the level of security detail with the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with data storage and with online data storage, there will always be a trail of the data and even editing becomes easy and changes are saved as we go along.

The fact that you don't need to be afraid of a data leak, and that your information is more secure.

Nothing. This product is answering many of my business needs - and it is on my top 2 options.

When people are working remotely, It feels safer that while they read or edit these documents, their access becomes limited.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used this application in one of our organizations. It was used for internal data storage and file sharing between specific team members of certain departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time the application stops working and you have to re add the drives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data storage, file storage has become easier.
