Ottima esperienza
What do you like best about the product?
the program is easy to use and the interface is very simple and well designed, excellent integration between the mobile application and the desktop one, it is very simple to share your files

The Egnyte program is helping us with data storage and the sharing of photos of drawings and documents necessary for carrying out our work.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I want to type the same comment for different files into the same folder, I can't ; I would like to select more than one file and type a comment at once for all of them.

It was the safeguard when there was a data loss in PC memory

Great features for all sizes of business
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte was a great, easy-to-use platform for sharing files. Their developer documentation for their API (and the fact that they have an API) was also particularly nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we found the cost could be a little prohibitive given that we were a smaller company and couldn't afford higher monthly fees for some of the more enterprise-like features. This isn't a problem unique to Egnyte however.
UPDATED: An Egnyte rep reached out to me after finding me via LinkedIn, trying to sell their service to me now that I was working for a new company. I declined to answer the email as I don't entertain direct marketing pitches like that and I was signed up for an Egnyte newsletter as a result. While I would have considered using Egnyte if our needs required it, I can't consider them an option or recommend them to anyone after this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte solved the issues we had with sharing lots of large video files with clients remotely. Even pre-pandemic they were instrumental in helping us collaborate and share our files.
I am a scientist and we upload our discovery and files in Egnyte

Its easy to use and pretty easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Its pretty straight to use. And I will definitely suggest people to use it, Because of the reason that I mentioned.

The user interference was very handy. It really help us to share big files to client very fluently.

Perks of using Egnyte
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Egnyte can be accessed from different devices. If I need to access something from my company on my personal computer last minute, I'm able to. This has tremendously helped me be more productive. If I'm traveling and I need to complete something last minute, having my entire company's documents and drive is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while for Egnyte to update. I'm also unsure if it is possible not to get a company-wide notification every time someone updates the Egnyte drive. I'm sure my company chooses this, so it's not too big of an issue. I do wish the syncing was a little bit quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I don't have any pressing issues that I think Egnyte needs to solve. It has worked seamlessly for me so far and I appreciate that my company uses Egnyte. If it is within a company's budget to use Egnyte, I would recommend it.

You can easily get lost jumping from folder to folder.
