A fantastic experience in using a cloud based file storage system
What do you like best about the product?
For cloud based data/ file storing system, ignite is one of the best that i've ever used its quick intuitive easy to use and you can store and more importantly search for files and what you're looking for with ease and simplicity. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honesty I think is perfect as it is - if I was going to add a feature, it would be to picture recognition as the company I work for stores a lot of pictures. but aprt from that it suits our needs perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to store and collaborate on files affectively with team members across the globe. Bro so letting you know that a version of the document has been checked out and the ability to then cheque it back in.

Saving and accessing data files. Sending data files and accessing them anytime and anywhere its very user friendly and helpfull in anytime you want to use or access.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, Monitoring and Implementationg. We can access data anytime and anywhere we want to and it is user friendly and can be use by anyone without hustle.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, DUO, secure and easy to administer
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any dislikes, customers love it as well

How easy it is to collaborate with others. Permission sets are easy to understand. I also like how you are able to create links that require a password to open.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that the charge for having external collaborators can get costly depending on how many you have. I think uping how many free collaborators you get would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to upload daily logs into raken. We are still in onboarding but, egynte is helping us setup some of the workflows that save our staff time doing tasks they normally did in two systems.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me access the files i need whenever and wherever I am. I am also happy to have collaboration among my colleagues in one platform. It help the company organize the files in the most secured way.

So far, Egnyte serve a good purpose and help in our organization. I dont have any dislike at the moment.

Egnyte helps our organization organized and on track. Everyone is using the Egnyte everytime due to various project assignment everyday so we rely on egnyte to provide the information that we need.

Easy and fast. I have tried other services but none compare to Egnyte
What do you dislike about the product?
This can be a fault of my own, but too many clients with similar titled folders than make it difficult to find the correct client.

The folders are very easy to navigate throughout the system.

At times I am unable to delete PDF's even with granted access.

Egnyte is easy to use, intuitive user interface, and makes sending files via emails extremely quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Egnyte.

Solving issues of sending very large files via email, managing a huge repository of graphics artwork in a user-friendly and secure way.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of using Egnyte! My company uses Egnyte as a primary server for many remote workers around the US. I love how you can easily set up files and permissions, share the files etc. I can upload files and get links to send items to outside people without issues. In the 4+ years of use, I can't recall any problems with companies retrieving the files I've sent to them. I believe I am only using a small portion of what Egnyte has to offer, but I'm sure I'd be happy using it all. I'm thrilled with this Server, as it's never caused me any issues over the years.

Unfortunately, I really can't think of any issues or dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only use it as a server, but I would say Egnyte has solved any problems that used to plague servers used by many people.
