What do you like best about the product?
Uploading files is quick, and there are no restrictions on file size, which is a great advantage. The platform is also very user-friendly, making it easy for anyone to access and use without any difficulties.

What do you dislike about the product?
Based on my experience, I don't have anything in particular to dislike about the tool. However, I am eager for the introduction of new features, as they could offer a clearer understanding and enable us to use the tool more frequently for various types of file transfers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not encountered significant issues requiring support from Egnyte. Overall, I am satisfied with the product. In the future, if problems arise, I will address them; for now, I am happy with this service.
Solid support for cloud-based collaborative storage
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Egnyte for about 10 years. It's grown with our team and is quite stable. When things don't work as they should, support is quick in resolving the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online documentation could be better. The biggest issue is that much of it is screenshots that don't have active links. Thus, you're forced to go to the page referenced rather than take the recommended actions (e.g., click here, but you can't).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote staff collaboration across countries, suppliers in several other countries, and an assortment of Windows and Mac users.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it was easy to get files up to the cloud. And, if you paid enough you had enough space to save your files. The problem is the negatives just about outweighed the positive and it's what makes me question whether this is the best alternative.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were 2 main things I didn't like about Egnyte. One, the data sync was not as instantaneous as was promised. And I had several reps from Egnyte say this was fixable. But, it continued to occur. And then it seemed we had to keep buying space to save all. It really didn't come across as a help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was supposed to replace a physical server that we have in the office, and the more we played with it, the more we just couldn't safely say it was the way of the future for us. I'm sure that for particular companies and industries, it's the perfect fit. For lack of a better way to put it, it seemed like a "square peg in a round hole" solution

What do you like best about the product?
I am a few months in using Egnyte and have enjoyed the ease of which sharing and uploading files has become. So far very smooth and an upgrade.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes currently, Egnyte performs exactly how I need it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In an industry that has employees remote around the world Egnyte has made file sharing very smooth for everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast. Didn't need to do a lot to get the files up loaded.

I did need to open up a folder system before I could upload. It was not clearly indicated.

What do you like best about the product?
ease of use and they have a super sick logo

Only one person can be in a file editing at a time. Files constantly being "locked."

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Egnyte because it is an efficient location for secure documents. Additionally, it is great that you see updates in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no complaints that come to mind when it comes to Egnyte!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While constantly working with clients and their requirements, Egnyte provides an easy location for required documents. This allows us to have what we need readily available instead of having to ask the client each time there is an update.
A fantastic experience in using a cloud based file storage system
What do you like best about the product?
For cloud based data/ file storing system, ignite is one of the best that i've ever used its quick intuitive easy to use and you can store and more importantly search for files and what you're looking for with ease and simplicity. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honesty I think is perfect as it is - if I was going to add a feature, it would be to picture recognition as the company I work for stores a lot of pictures. but aprt from that it suits our needs perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to store and collaborate on files affectively with team members across the globe. Bro so letting you know that a version of the document has been checked out and the ability to then cheque it back in.

Saving and accessing data files. Sending data files and accessing them anytime and anywhere its very user friendly and helpfull in anytime you want to use or access.

Project management, Monitoring and Implementationg. We can access data anytime and anywhere we want to and it is user friendly and can be use by anyone without hustle.
