Egnyte Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte is exremely easy to use. It makes it easy to create,delete, move, or download files. We feel confident in keeping all of our files in Egnyte.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything that I dislike about Egnyte.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was difficult keeping paper copys of files as these are only accesable at one place. With Egnyte we can acess files from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and accessibility from my desktop and mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Egnyte works good for what I use it for which is file storing and sharing. Perhaps some more features could be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files can be frustrating but Egnyte solves that problem.
Have Used Egnyte for over 10 Years
What do you like best about the product?
Everything from the initial setup to security controls, and customer service have been outstanding in all respects. I would would highly recommend Egnyte. It saved me on the maintenance of a file server, on security issues, on software and IT time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a downside yet, using Egyte keeps my data secure and saves me money. I can't ask much more than that for the reasonable cost.

Egnyte provides an easy file server solution with access from anywhere.
Everything about Egnyte works and works well
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and work in the background. You open and save files just as you would if you were not on a network at all. Back up of data on a regular basis keeps our company working
What do you dislike about the product?
There really are no downsides, it is compatible with all the software we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to store files easily keeps our people from having to be computer experts. They can do their job, and not worry about uploading files etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that controllable sharing folder with 3rd parties. it's easy to access any folder. we can log in from any of our devices. we can easy to track the modified document's date & time and by whom it's modified. uploading photos is simple and it won't take much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly, I didn't find any drawback from the egnyte. if we receive an alert when someone modifying the document it would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As im working as a service engineer reporting and sharing the document is easy. we can access the shared document at any time. its such great tool for reporting.

Flexibe modular and user friendly, minimum maintenance cost after initial development

We had to recruit to many resources in the initial phase, not all modules were available like reporting tool.

Egnyte, Secure &Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I like the it is easy to access and store information. It is also easy to navigate. I use Egnyte as a file location to share important password protected information with my clients. Egnyte makes information sharing seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not very much that I can negative about Egnyte. I would encourage folks to dive in and try to navigate as many sections of Egnyte as possible. I have not been let down yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte helps provide reporting for a select number of our business partners that help them reconcile costs associated with the our product that is being sold within their business. It helps them track profits and losses.
An excellent cloud-based file sharing solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and intuitive Egnyte's interface is. It makes it super easy to store, retrieve, organise and collect documents with ease. I have set up several folders for organisation purposes - each dedicated to a specific type of incoming document, as well as a 'Done' folder where I can move items once they are completed - this has made managing my documents so much more efficient! There's also the option to hide containers until you need them, which is very convenient and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Egnyte's large file upload process daunting, as files are usually easy and quick to update or download once they've been successfully uploaded. In addition, upload crashes can be annoyingly frequent, often forcing me to start from scratch. Worst of all are the installation and configuration issues that Mac users in my organisation have experienced - causing significant delays overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer feel anxious or isolated when it comes to managing client and company data - Egnyte gives me the security and sense of connectedness I need by allowing me to store, share and communicate information securely.
Easy to use and learn
What do you like best about the product?
Easily being able to share links to documents with internal colleagues and the ability to share documents with external parties but also being able to limit 3rd party access to files. Egnyte also has short tutorials for how to use certain features (like external document sharing) that is really helpful and to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the link sharing to documents also showed the document path, instead, it creates a unique hyperlink. I also would like the online Egnyte application to show file paths--I have to use the desktop version to check this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte helps our company of about ~150 people share project and corporate documets with one another. Egnyte also has a co-edit feature which I use all the time with colleagues. Egnyte also allows us to share documents with external parties but limit their access to files as needed.
