What do you like best about the product?
I like that Egnyte allows my colleagues and I to save documents to the cloud and easily access them from everywhere.
Additionally, the Co-Edit feature is very helpful when a document is in use by several people.
I also like the "Search" feature in Egnyte - I feel like it is powerful and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can take Egnyte a few minutes to upload a document, or reflect that it is in the cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing my firm to easily have access to the same documents on our network, work on them together, and manage those documents.
Great file sharing tool and easy to find files quickly
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to find templates from the thousands of client files that we have on our server. Searching within the native Windows search function is really slow and will usually fail to even find the relevant files. Egnyte searches are always fast too to use from the browser. I use egnyte everyday. It's also very easy to provide shared folders to our clients for secure document uploads, which they sometimes prefer over email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mandatory password resets are too frequent, I feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte helps us securely backup and manage all of our client files. The uploading/downloading of files (even large files) is always fast, which was not the case with similar solutions I encountered at other firms.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is simple to use, the interface is straightforward and well-designed, it integrates nicely with the mobile application and the desktop, and it can be simply separated into its own file. Egnyte enables me to access the data I want whenever and wherever I need them. I am particularly pleased to have communication among my colleagues on a single platform, which assists the organization in organizing files in the most secure manner, the permission options are simple to grasp, and I enjoy how you can build password-protected links.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything bad to say, since I have used the platform I have not had any operating or security problems, the only thing they can evaluate to improve is the long-term cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Egnyte application assists us in archiving data and documents required to complete our job. Egnyte also assists us in keeping everything organized. Everyone utilizes Egnyte on a daily basis owing to numerous project assignments, therefore we rely on Egnyte to supply the information we require. We use it to submit daily document logs, and Egynte is assisting us in setting up certain workflows that save our employees time completing duties that they would typically do on two platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Egnyte is easy. It feels more like accessing files on my own hard drive, than fishing around in the cloud. Plus, sharing by copying a link is far better than anything I can do on my own hard drive.

I see no downsides at all. It is easy to enter and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest benefit is file security; anytime you access a file, you must provide a password; this is one of the finest security precautions after sharing the information. They give an amazing solution to secure your sensitive data in the cloud from attacks and ransomware detection. We can simply exchange files, update the essential material, and upload new files using Egnyte; you can also share and upload enormous files, which is quite convenient. As a cloud platform, it also provides easy access to the information we require from anywhere and at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't have any significant dislikes for Egnyte; it's a great tool for saving time and improving our overall efficiency; the only thing I don't like about it is that sometimes the document classification is a little lacking when I simply want to search for the most recent document from any file within multiple subfolders; there's no good way to do this at the moment, and support could be a little faster.

You are practically dependent on a functioning and consistent Internet connection in order to utilize the product. It sometimes takes a long time to process data and I find it tough to get assistance; it takes a long time to explore and find the correct information article for the difficulties you are experiencing.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a small law firm, with about 7 licenses. We get a lot of documents and need them to be accessed easily from nearly everywhere. Egnyte allows us to do this and more. My staff love the notificiations, which allow us to discuss a document. This makes supervisor reviews a snap. We also love the links allowing us to send large batches of documents to people outside our firm. I also really love all the security functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much. We've been on the product since 2017. At the time, the product was sold in bundles of 10. This required me to always have too many licenses. However, my sales associate this year said that was no long required.
The only remaining thing is I'd like to be able to go to seperate page to review all my notifications, rather than just a drop down box. But this is pretty minor, as I get my notifications emailed to me and can access them through the email instead.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Egnyte to manage documents at our law firm. Egnyte allows us to easily store, access, discuss and share our documents/data from anywhere and on a multitude of devises. We particularly love the cell phone app, that allows us to scan documents by merely taking a photo. So much easier than having to cart around a scanning devise or rely on paper documents.

It is a simple and easy-to-use platform for securely storing and sharing data. The design makes it simple to keep things organized and instantly access your files. Best of all, we can view project files via Egnyte from any connected device, giving us more control over who has access to the documents and what actions may be made on them. Egnyte is essentially a cloud platform where we can save and share documents with others. What I like best about Egnyte is its interface; it is simple to use and, most importantly, every time we share a document, the password secured file is created.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not handle files greater than 15 GB and has very limited offline access control; it presently does not enable third-party app integrations; and it uses rudimentary encryption in transit and at rest, making it hard to communicate sensitive data. It would be ideal if there was a way to provide markups or comments right on the file in Egnyte.

Egnyte enables my business to securely share chosen files, which we can access from any place. We can also edit files from anywhere and on any device, allowing for remote work and seamless on-site collaboration. Rather of replacing your laptop, you may log in and utilize it from any laptop.
