Accessibility, stability
What do you like best about the product?
Easy Accessible, 7/24 Uptime,stable for all operating system, easy to learn. Implementaion is easy, To share file link to non users easy and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you try to upload a big file with Egnyte Desktop application, your upload process frequently turns to beginning. the upload process takes too much time or never finishes. That's why I prefer browser ,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to give access rights to users on folders, easy to manage and to set a security policy.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform allow to keep, edit and transfers information with other in a friendly way

Everything is ok so far, I would like to use completelly to give my opinion

For work storage/ organization it is a very easy to use system!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to search key words and find documents based of those words very easily and easily organize/ store documents for work
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit glitchy and takes longer to find documents if its stored in sub-folders

Helping store sensitive/ medical client documents for our outpatient pedatric clinic
Perfect server solution for small architecture firm
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte has been extremely fast and reliable. We use it as an alternative to a traditional file server and it has been a great solution. Customer support was very helpful when first getting started and adding users. Being able to access files from multiple devices and share files directly from our file structure has been a big improvment to our coordination workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature missing for our firm is being able to host central Revit files like a traditional NAS setup. The Egnyte team seems to be working on that and I hope to move our central models from Autodesk's platform to Egnyte in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte provides a maintained and secure file storage solution. As a firm of 3 people, I don't have the time to manage a server from an IT standpoint, and my needs are too simple at this stage to hire an IT consultant regularly.

The automated workflow, ease of use, and files available to entire team.

I wish it could integrate with Sage Intacct.

HELPING TO STORE, EDIT AND ACCESS DATA IN A SMOOTH WAY
Great for Sharing & File Storage, Not for Images or Creative Files
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates well with Windows - great for sotring small local files to sync with the cloud. It's great for sharing files with my team and also sending links to partners outside of the company. It's quick to sync and upload. Easy to use - similar to Drive, One Note, and DropBox. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm in marketing and creative and struggle with using it for images and creaive cloud documents. It's difficult to search images and you can't view many at once. They take a long time to load. Also, I cannot work from the cloud on my local computer on large Adobe files like InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, or Illustrator. It doesn't sync up fast enough and takes a long time to download then open these from the cloud. It's not due to internet speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great shared file repository for everyone in my company. It allows us to securely share files with outside partners. It syncs to my local computer.

We avoid duplicating efforts or having multiple same documents in one location.
