Most complete cloud based file system
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and implementation. Simple approach to sharing files and folders. All users are up and running without much training. Very helpful in migrating local server based file systems. Scalable for smaller organizations up to large. Easy to add users and groups. Support for mobile devices is excellent. Granular control of folder permissions is easy to manage. Support for external users / contributors is easy to set up and explain to outside people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Will need to with long term archiving soon, but it seams a little comlicated to set up and manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to access content anywhere and at any time with good security. The ability to allow us to migrate our local file system to online without forcing us to structure out data in a completely different way.
Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte is a very reliable and secure online storage product with so many great features. I never worry about the security of our documents, and the ease of use with our team enhances our performance. We use Egnyte every day, all day. Egnyte offers excellent training videos and webinars to assist all of your users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much of anything other than the price, and who doesn't want everything for free? lol
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As Real Estate Brokers and Property Managers, we often receive personal information that we are required to keep confidential. Egnyte is a perfect product for storing these documents and feeling secure that they are protected and will be stored long-term.
I love how intuitive and user friendly Egnyte is.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able copy the links from Egnyte for HIPPA compliant file sharing with my clients when I do my Financial End of Month reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly don'thave any complaints to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to collaborate with my providers and team on shared documents.
Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
The site is easy to navigate and keep organized. Creating new folders, uploading, sharing are all simple tasks with intuitive steps to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes re: Egnyte on my part! Happy user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire team can access files, or when needed, departments can keep folders & files restricted. Its very helpful for a remote work team.
Good for organization.

It's easy to use. We don't use all of the features, but we use it daily for file organization so it is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes freezes up and the customer support can't do much about it.

It's a good place to put our stuff.
Easy - Dynamic File Exchange
What do you like best about the product?
Enjoy using Egnyte because of the ease at which links can be created, shared, organized and manipulated within the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found much to dislike to date. Perhaps the only thing would be to incorporate the ability to rename folders, etc., through a right click use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Error Message Problem: Quick response received which was accurate and solved the problem.
What do you like best about the product?
Quick responses and technical expertise when something pops up that you cannont figure out. I also like that people proactively reaach out after we have attended Eqnyte Webinars to provide further information along with answering questions to detemrine where else they can help us. This does not happen very much with most all outside Service Providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really cannot see any downsides since we started using Egnyte. They appear to be on the cutting edge of Cloud Server capabilites, software and being prepared for Cybersecurity issues that could and do pop up with a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issues we tend to run into surround error messages that will pop up when we're moving or copying files over to another area. We are a fast growing BD/IA Firm and we're trying to be even more efficient regarding file accuracy and orgnaization of files so that ALL team members can access what they need.
Egnyte Rocks
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, no coding needed. The windows interface matches perfectly. Do not even compare it to Dropbox, Google Drive, and all other copycats. This is a virtual server that is infinitely scalable, allows you to recover previous versions of a file and trash. The search through the browser is lightning fast and obliterates any search attempted through the desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to have two interfaces to accomplish some tasks. Although the browser view is very elegant, you still have to navigate to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made all our problems go away. It's scalable, trash is kept for months, versioning for files. Ease of use for even the simplest users.
Best Software
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and highly secured software for HR industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to be dis-liked about this software.

We have used this software for securing the personal HR Data of the employees
Super Convenient File Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the product is the convenience. It is user friendly and doesn't require much training to new employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
My wish list is to receive notification when a link is to expire or at least the option to choose to be reminded. We use this system for sharing files with outside parties and it would be helpful to be able to extend the period of the acces with just a click. Otherwise you must go in their yourself to extend the period of access. When you use as many links as we do, it becomes cumbersome to remember which are important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product provides an extra layer of access. When you are dealing with outside parties, it is the best way to manage file access.
