Comprehensive, Quick & Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte covers all of our Company's compliance and information security assessment requirements. Although the product is truly comprehensive, it's intuitiveness makes it Quick & Easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The value is there with this comprehensive product. But if you don't require all of it, it may be construed as pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are currently with the Egnyte Support Team to allow our Company to backup our own data, too.
It is the best storage solution for our company, an extension of our server.
What do you like best about the product?
It never fails to work, and the customer service is fantastic. You can count on them to help you solve all your problems. It is also easy to use and manage. We use it every day, and we'd be lost without it. We count on Egnyte!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no "downsides" to using Egnyte. A couple of things we wish would cost more than the plan we are on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a bridge between our graphics and production departments. We share the space.
Egnyte was the best option for managing our files in the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Its large storage capacity is one of its most notable features, but what's even better is that it automatically organizes the information it stores. I also like the fact that I can create custom instances; the storage space it provides allows you to import data from different devices (phones, laptops, computers, etc.), which is handy because it prevents your system from slowing down and gives you access to your data whenever you need it. Its uptime and performance are second to none, and it integrates with other applications in an incredible way.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe with Egnyte is that I occasionally have trouble navigating to the main section of the admin dashboard, which is necessary for some tasks. However, this is far from a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte has been an incredible asset to our company's file and data storage needs. After setting up automatic storage, all of our quotes, past quotes and contracts, billing information, and media files (such as photos and videos) are securely stored in an easily accessible format. I really appreciate the cloud-based nature and ease of use, as well as the fact that it is accessible from any device.
Fast, search-friendly, mobile-friendly server
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can search by file type, and the results come up so quickly. The mobile app works just as smoothly as the desktop version, it's the best server I've interacted with during my career. also love how easy it is to share files and folders with people, even those outside the organization
What do you dislike about the product?
The user access roles could be a little more fluid.

Egnyte helps us solve cloud storage for multiple file types across our 40-person nonprofit.
The best option for document sharing and team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Egnyte, I was able to establish engagement and sharing mechanisms for constant file sharing, which has a great impact on our day-to-day business. Our company's sensitive and confidential data is protected thanks to its advanced encryption, role-based access restrictions and compliance with numerous security requirements, such as GDPR and HIPAA. Connecting files to the cloud for our storage has proven to be very streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program could use some work and more support material on its integration with other platforms; I had to reach out to support to help us with our setup with Google Workspace and Salesforce, and they were great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since our organization stores a lot of data in the program cloud, Egnyte provides us with a very secure environment. It has been important for improving file and project management, fostering a great perspective to reach our peak performance. Likewise, it has been important to be able to have software that can manage large projects and data. It has helped us store a lot of information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Egnyte has many features to help you stay organized. It also has unique features to help you track who is on the website, the activity, and even how many times a certain file is entered. Also, uploading files is very easy with the drag-and-drop feature. Overall, it is a simple website that lets you store all your files easily and securely. I use Egnyte every day and it makes my work days go a little smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a little while to load the page and I have to wait to drag a file and then upload it but that may just be my internet.

It's helping me stay organized during my work days.
Great For Business
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte is user friendly. It is easy to navigate, set folders up and share folders with others. I would highly recommend it for its additional security measures as well.

I don't dislike anything about Egnyte. As far as I am concerned, it is a great vehicle for sharing files with others

I don't have any problems which are being resolved.
Excellent Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of file sharing with our subcontractors and vendors is amazing. I also love the phone app. Accessing our files on the go wayyyyyyy better than competitors.

Works well while integrated with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365. Offers good content collaboration features. All the tools included for managing users and permissions work smooth and easy to understand. The demo provided by team is to the point and helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
File uploads are faster with smaller sized files. As the file size increase there's a visible lag.

We get tailored solutions for security, compliance, and data governance as per organization requirements, that way we can always focus on the features which are a priorrity and skip the ones that does not align with our org standards..
