Excellent Governance and Drive Letter Mapping Features
What do you like best about the product?
Governance and Drive letter mapping are great features.

I wish the cost was slightly lower so that we can get more storage

Secure, User-Friendly, and Seamless Integration with M365 & Google Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
Secure, easy to use. Auto backups, excellent intrgration with M365 and Google Workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Migration from Google drive is difficult and time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution replaced an on-Prem physical server share and added very high level security, granular access controls and secure file share options.
Egnyte Delivers Reliable Remote Access Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte has truly been a lifesaver for our company. Although we have always used a VPN, accessing it from different locations was often a challenge. Since switching to Egnyte, that issue has been completely resolved. After the pandemic, most of us have been working remotely, either from home or while traveling, with team members based in Connecticut, Virginia, Florida, and Oklahoma, as well as our sales and marketing staff on the road across the country. No matter where we are, we can always rely on having secure, consistent, and dependable access to our files. We have also made heavy use of the ability for outside users to send us large files seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since switching to Egnyte, the only problem we've encountered is that, from time to time, we need to reinstall the desktop client. Occasionally, it loses its connection to Egnyte, and the only solution seems to be reinstalling the software. Thankfully, this issue only arises once or twice a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our workforce spread across different locations, Egnyte enables us to collaborate smoothly no matter where we are. Furthermore, the convenience of not having to manage local data servers, handle backups, or deal with ongoing maintenance easily justifies the cost of the service.
Would definitely recommend.

It would be nice if they made it easier to do local backups. Also quite costly, but worth it.

Works great with remote employees across the US. File speed is great.
Effortless Access and Editing with an Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
easy interface, easy to access, easy to edit folders and assets as needed

the expiration limits imposed for each folder share can be limiting and too short of a time frame

egnyte makes it easy for me to share confidential assets with external partners due to the secure line of sharing mechanisms
Egnyte: Perfect Balance of Flexibility, Security, and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte is a great blend of flexibility and security. It has the ability to handle all sorts of workflows, doesn't matter if you are managing large team and need to keep your data in check. It is greatly balances accessibility with control. You are able to share files easily, collaborate in real time and can control over who an access what.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my experience with it, there is nothing came about dislike of it in my mind. It is good to go from my side.

Egnyte helping in keeping all files organized and accessible, particularly when persons are working from different locations. In past, it was difficult to share files securely and finding the correct version of documents But now with the support of Egnyte everything has stored in a one central place and can easily be accessible.
Outstanding Support and Smooth Transition, But E-Signature Upload Could Be Easier
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation team was very supportive and worked through the transition process carefully with us. We had a very successful cutover to the product. Since we've started using it, I've only had one issue, and technical support was extremely professional, communicative, and dedicated to resolution in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I wish was a little easier is how you put a document into the E-Signature platform. It would be great if you could just drag and drop a file into it, for example, from email instead of having to first save it in Egnyte and then send it for signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte solves the problem of allowing us to easily and securely collaborate with a variety of 3rd party providers to whom we subcontract as well as keep track of and control of the mountains of data we produce in our everyday work.
Effortless File Management and Collaboration for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Helpful in the place files in the one place , Easy accessible and helps multiple users to perform in files without getting stuck. Desktop application helps user to login the easy to access the files and you can mail files edit the PDF files with super easy and share with colleagues. Track updates for the files and working.

According to me nothing dislike for the Egnyte till now

Egnyte helps consolidate data in a single location, making it easier to manage. It also saves time and reduces conflicts when multiple users are working with the same files.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the efficiency that Ignite provides, as it streamlines our trading processes and allows us to make necessary adjustments and mitigate issues as they arise. The platform's usability is another standout feature, making it user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is crucial in our fast-paced financial services environment. Customer service is also something I value highly; the support I've received has been instrumental, resolving any issues promptly and smoothly. Moreover, the ability to map and chart against previous trades offers valuable insights and aids in strategic trading decisions. It's become such an integral part of our operations that I foresee us using it much longer. Overall, I'd rate it highly, at a 9.5, for its significant contributions to our workflow and operations.

Reliable Platform That Keeps Us Organized and On Track
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte is a reliable platform that works every time. It helps our company stay organized on the pre-sales to proposal side of our business and when Net-AV wins, it helps us convert this to a Project that we can manage on time and on budget using Egnyte. It is easy to use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything about Egnyte that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte solves the problem of staying organized as we work on the pre-sales and proposal side of our business. Egnyte helps us file documents in the right place at the right time. Plus when we win our proposals, we can then convert this Opportunity and Proposal into a New Project Win and keep the historical data and SOW.
