Once configured, it's a very easy application to use for patch and security management
What do you like best about the product?
The support is great. Getting the initial configuration setup was painless. I like the ability to create flows for patch management. We are currently in the process of configuring the security scanning portion of the applicaiton.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are not fully flushed out or polished. The UI makes it difficult to know what is a button, what is a title, what is a column header, what is editable, etc. Some of the features also work for a while, then break. It take a bit of time to figure out what went wrong, and how the issue can be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Havning all of our servers and end devices patched on a schedule is great. Even better is receiving a report once everything has been patched. We can see which patches are applied to which devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive where it should be. Scripting and automation layed out like a non-engineer can understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow to make changes to things that are not working. Sluggish interface. Unreliable updates.

An all in one option with PC and MDM under one roof. Easy to manage machines and create automations to releave IT pressure.

Syxsense is useful for pushing out patches to machines keeping them updated and secure

There is alot of functionality - not all of it is needed

Blocking powershell - an application which our users should not be able to access

Syxsense staff is always so helpful, they always are so willing to answer any questions you may have regarding useage of their product.

At first is a little overwhelming, however the training sessions help tremendously.

The solution works reports and helps to extend our frontline. Application resilience and device management are next level.

Nothing. We have love the solution and the Absolute support staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are required by our Cyber Insurance provider to provide Safe Harbor reports for lost or stolen devices. the reports are perfect.

And the ability to keep all deployed company LOB applications all within a version or 2 cuts down on support issues.

I quite like the resilience it handles and the response to ransomware, which is important nowadays.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I don't see any area of opportunity; I like the service provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Geolocation of equipment and blocking of these is in a way a super plus for their management.

The security and speed of understanding the platform, the resources it provides are very good for the reports that are provided to the IT area, the interface is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
that on Apple devices you can delete the application and we have no way to search for the devices. I would like you to implement an update to resolve this.

more than satisfied with the reports that are sent monthly to the IT team and being able to see some loan machines and being able to see the area where the collaborators are working

The platform could be more user-friendly and it is not multi-tenant.

Device locking and geolocation are very useful. When a device is locked, it is very quick and efficient.

The device information dashboard can sometimes be very compact and limit the display of all data, which often makes it slow.

Simple and very easy to use. Gives all the information about all the applications on the system

There is not a single thing which I can think of disliking it right now. Everything works for me.

Managing applications installed in the endpoints. Keeping a track of the applications helps in securing the endpoint from any third party apps which are not authorized to install
