Great program to use for day to day organizational tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The Web GUI is great compared to a few other products that I have used in the past. I do like how absolute makes it easy for any one technical or not to be able to log in and take off to complete organizational IT Based goals

I do see some areas of improvement in the reporting interface

Personally within our organization we needed a all-in-one solution to manage our devices from a zero touch deployment standpoint and from absolute we were able to achieve that desired goal.

Asset management, identify all systems and their status immediately

What do you like best about the product?
It really helps us track who has logged into our computers and when the last time it was that they logged in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to freeze computers that haven't been logged into for a long time, or are at end of life. That way, the end users will bring them to us so we can either unfreeze them or decommission them.
Intuitive platform, ability to execute script anywhere on an endpoint
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the custom field option where you can just write a PowerShell script to query information from the endpoint. Then, I can leverage that to filter my reports. For example, I am able to push out Bitlocker and save the key on Absolute.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be command-line utility to execute on the endpoint such as forcing tasks, updating inventory data/policy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bit-Locker, Application persistence, Asset Management
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are having had time managing your assets, Absolute can get you there. It can also be used for package deployment because of the custom field option.

What do you like best about the product?
Absolute performs as advertised, and has a fairly intuitive admin UI. Out of the multiple endpoint management solutions in our environment Absolute's agents check in with the most frequency and provide the most reliable data set for analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it would be nice if there was an option to customize font/size of text displayed when a device is locked down, but that is hardly an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly lockdown of physical devices that have been lost or stolen.

BIOS integration, ease of use, GUI is very easy to follow, reports are extremely handy, online assistance

Difficulty of canceling disable requests.

There are several tools that can be used to get all kinds of information about your endpoints.

They changed the way licenses are managed. License maintenance is kind of a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We starting using Absolute to help recover lost or stolen laptops. We still use it for that purpose, but I have found the reporting that is available helpful. I can created and run reports on data exposure, device usage, anti malware and other software installed. These reports help provide info for future software and hardware purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple way to describe each and every field of a form.The attributes used are common to our English language which we use daily.It supports CSS3 and latest JavaScript version as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The security is not good compared to other applications.The performance in making larger website is also not up to the mark.

Learning other language with the basics of HTML5.

New custom tags can be added. You just need to have opening and closing tag. Eg: and

Some tags in previous versions can't be used in this version. Eg font and center tags

With new custom tags we can assign css easily specially for some parts of webpage.

Very great version of html5 with introduction to custom tags. It is easy to use.
