What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see what is going on with the company assets and the peace of mind that end users cannot tamper with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
New policies from absolute that allow them to not pay you for unrecovered devices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems we are solving with absolute are stolen devices, unreturned devices, geo tracking, inventory reconciliation

What do you like best about the product?
The tags, syntax and usage of css. It is very easy to learn and create the web page
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing like I don't like but may be we can improvise the standards to add on API and other advanced features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of the workstack, maintaining backlog etc

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable aspect to Absolute is the amount of control placed on this application with the level of detail it provides. Outstanding to see should a vast amount of information from a single source.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times having so much information at your fingertips, the graph, information or data you are attempting to find can not be so easy to get to. This has been improved over the years and continues to see improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems are not so identifiable as I see this solution as more of insurance package versus solving a problem. If a problem needs to be solved, I would say that problem would be asset management in general.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to locate the information I need by utilizing search function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data I need to export occasionally is clunky and hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has been able to easily manage devices in our environment including quick access to device and user information we need on a regular basis.
Absolute DDS is like Lowjack on steroids. I would highly recommend others use it.
What do you like best about the product?
Absolute DDS is helpful to locate devices gone missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some UI issues, it can be very hard to find what you are looking for. There could be better ways of finding things in the console. And user permissions limit what you can see which can be very confusing and frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hard to find things in the console. It is so hard to tell too if a device alert means that the device has been stolen or someone just reformatted the thing.

Absolute is fantastic at providing all the information needed to find our assets
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see exactly when the user has last logged onto their device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installing Absolute on devices when there are log in issues on the Absolute side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to clearly see ALL active & disabled devices. Backup to our inventory app for confirmation on devices.

Easy to navigate and train. Controls are very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we have any dislikes of is having to enter credentials to log in. SSO is not the easiest.

We are able to freeze devices when shipped or during terminations.

Being able to pull up different machines by a variety of tools, Reports ect.

Policy Creation, but that's personal dislike

We use to Lock out Machines, and know which are not being used.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best software for added peace of mind. Knowing where each assets in your environment is at any given time is such a plus. Since 90 percent of our workforce is now working remotely, there are so many more opportunities for an asset to be compromised. We can use Absolute to quickly wipe the device and prevent someone from accessing critical data on the device. Absolute is so ingenious and so light our Clients and our IT department can trust that any data will be 100% protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the fact that you can also use the agent to deploy software to each client even if they are off the network. What I don't like is that it is an added cost and you have to write scripts to deploy an application. I wish there was an easy way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of our clients are under Hipaa compliance, being able to show our clients that they can rest assured any asset we have that connects to their networks is 100 percent protected is a huge plus for us. We were able to take on more of these clients and even tho we are a small company still compete with the larger firms in our field.

Currently no functionality of Aboslute displeases me
