Amazing feature flagging and monitoring tool
What do you like best about the product?
It helps us to get the real time time feedback and recommendations from our end customers each time we roll out a new feature on our infrastructure stack. This helps us to get useful insights for the feature. The UI UX is very nice, and the architecture in place is also easy to interpret and understand, allowing you to customize it as per your requirement and need.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, all looks good to my team and me but maybe we can add more protocols in place when it comes to data security in place. Also, the support can be made better but the product in itself is good and self-explanatory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to get the user insight whenever we flag a feature, do some new deployment and then specifically monitor that feature. The end user with read only access is able to comment if thereis anything thats not working for them or they want us to work upon. Also, this feature management availability has helped us to improve our delivery cycle and at the same time reducing our turn around time.
Jenkins Enterprise solution that fills the wholes that Open Source can't do
What do you like best about the product?
Operation Center is the most valuable feature I found on Cloudbees CI. At my company we have more than 50 jenkins instances and CJOC provides us the perfect solution to manage all of this from a single point of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was expecting that casc plugin provided on top of open-source plugin solves things like items or that provides a kind of solution that helps on coding bundles (Export tool works but I was expecting in something more easily to interact)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, CJOC is solving us the problematics of managing such amount of jenkins.
The plugins compatibility is another problem that we faced on Open-source jenkins that now Beekeeper is helping on.

I crown it simple setup which all understand its usability and performance under one umbrella.

All of its features greatly impresses all times so nothing to complain at all.

What do you like best about the product?
I love its analytics, feature, feature flagging, continuous integrations and seamless onboarding. I like its capability for managing different kinds of builds too!

Issues with implementation and scaling are drawbacks. The pricing is high as well.

It's been very useful in keeping development processes running smoothly. It has made continuous integration seamless and reliable consequently.

The leading automation platform for continuous integration and delivery, which has over 1000 plugins available for company use, with dozens of tutorials to learn how to use it correctly.

It does not have support with quality and agility, but it does have 24-hour support even though it is not one of the best, and it is a bit more difficult to use because it has many functions.

Contribute to reducing my labor costs in the company by continuously managing cloud integration resources, thus reducing costs during times when they are not being used.

With CloudBees Feature Management one can easily manage features in a way that is suitable to users of the product depending with their specifications before launch of product. This is because of the real-time feature that gives our developers ab insight into the product.

For new users who want to enjoy using CloudBees Feature Management tool, it is hard and complex to understand the tool without proper training on the use.

Great features are as a result of interacting with customer feedback and rolling back any unnecessary features before a product is released. All this is possible with CloudBees Feature Management.

The lrice of CloudBees Feature Management is somehow high and is not affordable for small companies looking to get the best out of CloudBees Feature Management. But with all its features and functions, we are getting the best out of the tool.
