What do you like best about the product?
I like the following aspects of CloudBees :
1. CI/CD tool that can do much more than just deployment.
2. Pipeline offers many integrations.
3. Seemless integration with AWS and other services.
4. Many steps are available in the pipeline, which provides various capabilities like unit testing execution, repository management, etc.

1. Debugging failures can sometimes be challenging, as navigation through logs, files and output is complex.
2. A little higher side on costs compared to other tools available in the market.

We use CloudBees for the following things :
1. Pipelines that create builds.
2. Upload builds to repositories like jFrog and S3.
3. Pipelines that can execute unit and integration tests for pre and post-deployment.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers a comprehensive solution that covers the entire software delivery lifecycle. The code development to deployment is automated and streamlined using CloudBees. Also, very scalable which makes it a better option for any organization of any size. You can track your progress and stay in collaboration with your team.
It has robust security which makes it almost impossible for any breaches during and after your software is delivered, In case anything goes wrong, sure you can get in touch with their awesome customer and technical support department and it will get resolved quickly and thoughtfully.

The downsides of using CloudBees could include its complex configuration, high pricing for larger deployments, and potential difficulties in troubleshooting and resolving issues. Especially if you are trying to figure it out alone without taking the help of the technical support department.

While CloudBees provides comprehensive documentation and tutorials I found that some of the technical documentation could benefit from additional clarity and organization.
Improved documentation would greatly assist users in navigating the platform and leveraging its features effectively especially for those who may be new to the software delivery automation space.

It has benifited me in continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) CloudBees helps automate the build, test, and deployment processes, enabling organizations to achieve faster and mreleasesore reliable software releases. It integrates seamlessly with version control systems like Git, promoting efficient code management and collaboration among development teams.

This is one of the best Automation tool for enterprises and startups for carrying out multiple activities like SDLC,Testing projects and other projects automation work without compromising the security standards and protocols.

I have been using this since a little while back and did not find anything that can be put forward or can be disliked.however my expectations are a little bit higher from the development community of Cloud Bees.

Cloudbees, the best enterprise level tool for jenkins
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using cloudbees close to 3 years now. Considering the potential of this tool. We have implemented cloudbees practically for everything, from PR checker jobs to CI/CD automation, from artifactory builds to sonars canning of repos.
There are various third party integrations available that helps us to work close to all the tools together.
The best part is its customer support which is very fast depending on the priority of the issue.

As a cloudbees administrator and user, I haven't found any downsides yet, because it has everything that open source jenkins has. Plus it has enterprise level offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't have to do any heavy-duty code to selectively activate a feature for some users or accounts or based on some other arbitrary criterion. Changing the feature signal values in CloudBees has immediate effects; thus, turning parts on and off doesn't necessitate a new deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing whatsoever from my perspective; all functionalities function correctly. The UI is intuitive, and the online documentation is a helpful resource.

I really liked the flexibility of this product. With a flexible architecture, CloudBees Feature Management is open to customization which allows it to adapt easily and fit perfectly with yiur specific needs. It makes it super easy to manage feature flag permissions including roll out to specific users and giving permission only to users with read only access to make changes on the flag configuration. This also helps devide who sees which new feature and when. With use of advanced technology, it makes it possible to automate various tasks like flag cleanup to improve their efficiency by eliminating any human errors. CloudBees Feature Management gives ones total control over the entire features management cycle from staging to release making it easy to have a very clear visibility of all the feature flags.

For the kind of experience i have had with CloudBees Feature Management, i don't think there is any feature that is less helpful or any aspect that is difficult to use.

CloudBees Feature Management i used as a feature flag management platform to help us streamline our product releases experience. It provides most powerful and unique functions that makes it possible to optimize our feature flag releases while maintaining the security policies for software delivery.

The ability to acquire real-time feedbacks from customers about the features we roll out is amazing and very useful in ensuring the features rolled out are of high quality. The product architecture is very useful-friendly and simple to customize in order to align with with your existing environment. The security functions are very effective in ensuring total safety of all data. It allows users with read only access to make changes on flag configuration and then send the changes to be reviewed via the review request function to the users with write access. This is very useful to maintain the flag changes policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Genuinely nothing. All the features work well from my end. The interface is very simple to understand and the support from the available online documentation is reliable.

CloudBees Feature Management has proved to be an amazing and reliable product for feature management including feature flagging, building, testing, deployment and monitoring of the feature flags. With this product in place, we have been able to improve the experience in delivery of quality features to our customers.
