Integrations not ready out of the box, many teams have to create integration themselves.Otherwise everything is perfect!!.

Its has the deployment process so handy and also configuration with other software.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives a booming DevOps platform with expandable CI/CD, controlled Jenkins, well-built defensive features, and superb team support. Edn Users appreciate its ease of use and low learning curve. Automation of deployments has reduced time, while scalability and workability have opened the way for easy adaptation to modifying assignment requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
with top-notch customer service, it provides a solution for technical issues to avoid interruption in the development process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found sincerely that CloudBees automates the deployment process and software delivery, decreasing the risk of errors and fastening the delivery of software, and also giving more authentic and frequent releases. It also provides the activity needed in a dynamic development environment.

What do you like best about the product?
The plus point of using cloudbees jenkins over OSS version is that we get regular security and feature updates that are quite elaborate and help us make informed decisions.
The timely customer support from the Cloudbees AM team is really one of the key strongpoints for having this paternship since years with our org.
The recently announced HA feature was cherry on the cake, and made us really exicted of having the Jenkins instances easily rotated for maintenance.
Implementing any new feature from Cloudbees is very easy for us as we see extensive documentation available which makes us independent enough to explore the product.

Cloudbees can improve their CD i.e. continous delivery/deployment coverage within their product so that deploying on Cloud native platforms like kubernetes can be extended as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloudbees is helping us accelerate our time to market for all our dev teams by having bery interesting fetaures like Pipeline Catalogs where we can automate the CI workflows of the teams very easily. So from commit to build/test/artifact management/release triggers all these are common challenges that every team faces and they needn't reinvent the wheel everytime.

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful & reliable tool for software buil. It provides a great solution to manage software deployment . It offers very good UI and very easy to configure feature. One of the best thing in instant reliable support from CloudBees support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hardly on some occasions, ithere will be software failure which will be instantly supported & fixe by CloudBees support team. Havent had any so called bad experinece using the system.

In CloudBees configuration as code (CAC) is managing configuration resources source repository is great features. it treat application config resources as versioned artifacts. by managing application environment in tandem with application code, we can gain the smaximum benefits.

There's no dislikes as such but the price wise it makes the company think a bit before pooling in. Once in Cloudbees maintenance a good relationship with the company provides their best service.
