Great product
What do you like best about the product?
The dynamic nature provided by the Docker based build agent architecture. I've been able to in many cases, use it to migrate away from Ansible Tower for many jobs that utilize Ansible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Jenkins pipeline syntax is often confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building Blue/Green K8S deployment models. Building proper CI/CD pipelines as models for 'what good looks like.'

What do you like best about the product?
I get a response right away my SLA is 4 hours I normally get a response within 30 minutes. When we have a problem with solving the issue these folk do not give up... they keep working on the problem until I am satisfied.
Most of the folks I worked with supporting CloudBees have been extremely knowledgable, the others have been very knowledgeable. CloudBees and Jenkins is a vast ecosystem and I am impressed with the depth and breadth of their knowledge.

I think it is a very good solution and I love how scalable it is depending on the issue your team or company wants to solve with it.

I'd say it requires some training for developers to be proficient and to be able to easily integrate it into their systems, which might make it a bit expensive for the company overall.

Cloudbees core is everything you love about jenkins and more
What do you like best about the product?
Opening a ticket with Cloudbees support has always resolved any issue that I have brought to them. As well as timely responses from support always have given me peace of mind that if something ever went wrong or if we ever had any questions that we could rely on Cloudbees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have to say the authentication model for the support site could be better. The Cloudbees network portal feels a little dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem that we are solving is that we can have a highly used and effective tool in the marketplace without having to have many high level experts on staff. It gives us vetted plugins and updates. It allows us to have piece of mind when updating the platform that it has been tested and compatible with the plugins we need daily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need support or don't have Jenkins engineers on staff this is a good option.
