What do you like best about the product?
Best platform for automation and user friendly interface. One of the finest automation tool: One touch.

A proper documentation and guidance for the job set ups would be appreciable. Customer service could be improved.

Helps automation of Jobs easy. Creation of reports and dashboard quicker.

they Always strive and take care of my workplace ticket issues as priors. weekly meeting with them help me to understand each other concern as partnership.

I initially notice that exist minimal kwnoledge of SRE and DevOps skills to get started on Cloudbees CI platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Site Release Engineering, pipelines stages strategict, versionament, Multi Cloud solutions, Many plugins to solve difference CICD scenarios, User Interface friendly.

As a user I don't see any dislike about this platform.

While the platform offers a range of plans to cater to different budgets, the cost can be a concern for smaller organizations or startups with limited resources. It would be beneficial if CloudBees could introduce more affordable pricing tiers or provide flexible pricing options to accommodate organizations of all sizes.
