A great and seamless solution that just works
What do you like best about the product?
MagicBell is one of the best experiences with third party solutions we've had. The product is easy to integrate, does it's job great, the documentation is excellent, and the support from the team is as good as it gets. Very highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have seen nothing that we disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plug and play notification system for our SaaS, saving us a bunch of time we can then focus on the business logic we're building.
Good app for in-app notifications

I liked the simplicity of implementation of Magic Bell.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are other similar code tools that we can use for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking at how best to send notifications to our end users
Simple To Set Up, Works Like a Charm
What do you like best about the product?
Users see the notifications instantly; we don't spend time maintaining a notifications database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about a product that delivers on what it promises. The team seems to be building very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire in-app notification system is powered by MagicBell. It just works.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's incredibly easy to set up. Just set up an internal POC if you're considering using the product.

What do you like best about the product?
Really appreciate the ability to customize notifications based on user preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides have been determined at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notifying our platform workers based on their own preferences and standard operating procedures based on the guidelines of the organization for which they work.
"Just works", easy integration and great support.

Integration is done in a few hours. It just works. Real-time updates etc. work out of the box

Browser notifications are not working as flawlessly as expected.

Real-time notifications, users get "facebook" level notifications out of the box
Our Users Love What We've Built With MagicBell
What do you like best about the product?
It's ridiculously easy to get started. We had our first notifications set up and running on day one. The best part of this implementation speed is that we could send examples to our customers and get feedback right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there's very little I'd consider missing except, perhaps, templates.

They've helped us move faster.
