Superquick and secure 2-factor authentication
What do you like best about the product?
* There are plenty of options to use as a secondary authentication method, you can use PingID app on your smartphone to approve logins with a tap, or can use your email ID, phone number etc as a method to approve the logins
* Very simple and fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
* Sometimes clicking the notification does not work directly and the app opens up where you have to wait for the code to appear and then manually enter it on the login form
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* My employer organization uses SSO from PingOne for Enterprise for adding 2-factor authentication before accessing any business account such as emails, virtual desktops etc.
Two-factor Authentication
What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using this app as part of our two-factor authentication within the organization and I love it. It comes with desktop as well mobile version supported on both Android and iOS
What do you dislike about the product?
Increase the default timer for OTP as it's not enough when you have to copy it. Although it comes with one tap approve option but good to have the timer as well
