What do you like best about the product?
The Jenkins support team is very fast and responsive in troubleshooting our issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation could be improved on to make self troubleshooting easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crashing Jenkins nodes and trying to patch / update our Jenkins Master nodes.

What do you like best about the product?
CloudBees support has always responded to my problems and questions extremely quickly and with great attention to detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about CloudBees Support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having support there as a sounding board to bounce ideas off of has greatly helped us provided improved services to our users.

What do you like best about the product?
The enterprise grade plugins and support that cloudbees supplies
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that underlying changes like service name and directory structure cause breakages in the upgrade path

We use cloudbees jenkins to automate our software delivery processes.

Build automation is saving lots of engineer cycles.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are happy to use Cloudbee. The part I would love to see difference will have more online training sessions to ease more broader audience at their convenient time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce manual steps from engineers. Apply similar solution to multiple teams.

The support I and my clients receive from CloudBees for our Open Source Jenkins deployments is excellent. To have a community of folks that really know the product and can be reached out to instead of crawling through message boards is in valuable
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing - we enjoy using and selling CloudBees
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to not only use Open Source Software - but get real Enterprise level support has been a game changer for our clients

What do you like best about the product?
Durability of master nodes is huge. Also, fine grained permissions management is made very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI. It’s too bulky and not intuitive enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardization across the business is the biggest benefit. But also the plugin architecture which makes it a platform open to evolution.
