5X Revolutionizes Data Infrastructure at Clasing
What do you like best about the product?
They offered their constant support on decision making from the very beginning.
They completely understood our database and built a data platform from end to end without the need to use Clasing´s technological resources, as they already had all that was needed.
This allowed us to collaborate closely and obtain a ROI of the data much faster than with other alternatives, achieving results in just one month.
The costs were a 50% less than if it would have been built internally or if we would have opted for other solutions. In addition, 5X´s platform is extremely easy to use, which made it easy for our team to adopt it and optimized our work processes.
The best part were their consultants, who served as an extension of our data team from Clasing. Furthermore, they offered technical training about the configuration and the best practices of the industry.

What do you like best about the product?
5X platform allows us to build custom connectors for our unique data sources. While other vendors lacked the flexibility to accommodate all our data ingestion needs, teams declined or deferred to their roadmap - 5X made it possible to seamlessly connect and integrate everything. This capability has been very helpful in accessing niche, application-specific data without compromising data quality
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues or challenges encountered; everything has worked smoothly and seamlessly without any drawbacks or negative experiences observed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Custom connectors were helpful in allowing the smooth integration of many sources that one might find very particular or hard to connect without doing some extra work or having some extra tool at hand. It has greatly simplified our workflows and ensured that we access all of our data in one place, streamlining our operations significantly.
Streamlined cost management and financial planning
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of 5X is the Utilization page. It gives real-time, granular expense tracking and full visibility into our costs. The intuitive visual analytics dashboard makes it easy to understand spending patterns, while the predictive cost forecasting capabilities helps us plan ahead. I also appreciate the comprehensive credit and usage breakdowns that provide a detailed view of our overall usage and costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there’s not much to dislike. Platform is well thought through, and I haven’t encountered any major issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
5X has made cost management easy for us by helping to identify quickly where we are and what is in our budgets. Clear data makes for smarter resource allocation decisions. Regarding optimization of resources, it can see the actual consumption of workspaces being used and track credit consumption in real-time to stay on budget
Effective team management and control
What do you like best about the product?
Teams page has really been very helpful in managing teams roles and access. Its centralized interface has allowed us to keep straightforward assignments with roles and set limits based on individual responsibilities, which ensures that each member of the team will have exactly what one needs. I also keep track of progress in real-time, offering very clear visibility of tasks and workflows and can make adjustments accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially the role refresh date wasn't present but it was added without even raising it so I am sure their roadmap is headed in the right direction
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple teams and their projects always seemed quite chaotic. The teams page on the 5X platform simplifies everything, with fewer communication gaps, hence upsurging productivity. Team coordination as well as project transparency have improved immensely, and working on even the most complicated projects is easily managed.

There is not much to dislike about 5X, we're having a great experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
5X is helping us to build data observability on snowflake. DBT features are also available to run our DBT jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
Every organization needs seamless data integration. 5x is the best tool for this. Apart from this, has good features and very good for incorporating facts and dimensions. Also, the UI is very Interactive. Good SAAS product

There is nothing which we don't like about 5x as a platform so far.

The best part about 5X is seamless integration with snowflake and easy to use. For an Org having data at a scale, it becomes imperative to build facts and dimensions for which 5x does the job. The support is also good.

I have not faced any downside to using 5x till date.

5X is helping us build our Enterprise Data Warehouse in Snowflake. It integrates well with Snowflake.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, quick onboarding and shorter learning curve. 5x ingested data from various platforms and provided us consolidated reports for decision making. They delivered the solution fairly quickly and have supported maintenance and enhancement needs as well.

Love for Humanity is a non-profit that relies of donations from one time and recurring donors. We were unable to get a comprehensive picture of incoming donations, recurring expenses and yearly budget.
