Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy & Fast to put together QR codes on the fly
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much I'd change Flowcode does everything we need it to do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking efficiency and use of QR codes has been very beneficial for our agents
Flowcode is user friendly and has helped us organize geolocation data to target specific areas!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very cusotmizeable to fit different needs or areas that you want to target, and is very user friendly to tech users at all levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any overt dislikes, other than the price point entry level for certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diseemination of contact information and data gathering for report needs mostly.
Overall happy with experience
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, user-friendly ability to create custom QR codes. Can get pretty custom with the design and most importantly, we can redirect codes to other URLs as needed and continue to track it's success. We use Flowcodes fairly often, mainly for our print marketing and digital signage. The customer support staff has also always been very helpful and attentive whenever we needed help with something.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tier restrictions have gotten pretty tricky. The balance in price and what was offered for each plan used to be more helpful when I started with Flowcode in their earlier days. Now there isn't much of a "happy medium" between the G1 platform and needing to jump to the G2 upgrade - we were basically forced into it when G1 offered very little in terms of how many codes can be created at a time. G2 is a HUGE jump in price and offers more than we felt we truly needed at the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowcode makes it's simple and more tech frineldy to direct clients & prospects to our landing pages. Specifically on digital signage where people don't always have the capability of clicking over to a landing page, and on print marketing instead of needing to manually type in a website. We can also have the Flowcode be linked to a UTM where we can further track engagement and conversions, rather than if someone were to type in a generic website URL.
its been great, the customizable feature is wonderful.
What do you like best about the product?
that i can make multiple differant ones and add logos, even custom shaps for the QR code- simple, easy to use. quick!

pricing is much more than when we started

Easy to use and good customer service. also able to cuztomize the codes which is good

A great, easy to use service
What do you like best about the product?
M3S Sports uses Flowcode on most of our online documents we share with our participants and it is so easy to create a unique code and apply to our website and other collateral materials for many of our events.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about Flowcode. I've yet to find anything I don't like about this service.

Making it easy for our participants to access details before, during and after the events.
THE EASIEST WAY OF COMMUNICATING
What do you like best about the product?
The options it offers and the versatility to use the CODES. The very friendly user interface and the ease of communicating information to our people. Also the very easy update of information and the wide range of tools offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
NOTHING REALLY! We are very hhapy with the Flowcode Tool we use in our church.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easy and "cool" way of getting information to our church members and the ease which they can use it and be informed. Also it is cutting edge!
Easy and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I appreciate the most is how flexible Flowcode is with uploads—you can easily upload a single code or go all-in with the bulk upload feature. This has saved me so much time, especially when managing multiple codes at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flowcode is a great tool, but I wish the free plan offered more flexibility. The limited number of QR codes and Flowpages feels restrictive, especially if you're managing multiple brands or projects. It would be awesome if there were a bit more room for creativity on the free tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowcode streamlines the creation and management of QR codes, enabling efficient bulk uploads. This enhances my workflow by saving time and allowing me to produce visually appealing codes that align with my brand.
Awesome for churches
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to use multiple flow codes for the individual pages on our site. We can print them on varied publications
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a native white PNG download
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows people of many demographics to access sites simply and quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to use dashboard, and easy to teach tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think it has done a good job of adjusting and innovating aswell as the competition. At one point it took marketshare away from Linktree, but now Linktree has made improvements that Flowcode has not kept up with.
