Easy to use and allows users to sign documents digitally
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
Customers can use Conga Sign to drag and drop their signatures on documents.
What needs improvement?
Sometimes, the tool creates an issue, and we have to go to the Conga Sign setup and reconnect it again.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Conga Sign for more than 14 months.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I haven’t faced any issues with the solution’s stability.
How are customer service and support?
Sometimes, we raise a request with the support team when we face any issues with Conga Sign, and they resolve the issue in less than 24 hours. When we use the solution's out-of-the-box functionalities, sometimes the Conga Sign functionality breaks, and fixing it takes time.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
There's a built-in functionality in Salesforce where we attach a document from the local storage, and they print it. After signing the document, they'll upload it back. Apart from Conga Sign, I have used that method sometimes.
How was the initial setup?
The solution's initial setup is easy, but sometimes, we need to set it up multiple times.
What about the implementation team?
The solution’s deployment takes only one to two minutes.
What other advice do I have?
If the document is in a quote or proposal, we can send only that file. We can upload and attach any file from the local storage. If a customer signs a document, it is updated within seconds with Conga Sign, and we'll be notified via email. Conga Sign is a secure and easy-to-use tool that allows users to sign documents digitally. I would recommend the solution to other users.
Overall, I rate the solution seven and a half to eight out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga Sign allows my clients to submit businness financing applications. It is also compatible with Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga Sign appears to take a long to process electronic applications and convert them to PDFs. The integration with Salesforce could be better.

Conga Sign allows my clients to complete a financing application on our company portal, which can then be converted into a PDF document via the Salesforce integration.

You cannot resend, when you make a mistake for example and , you need to restart the transaction
We dont have the possibility to customize completely the Email (header, footer parts) are automatically done by Conga, and the inside part can be customize with the Business Unit
It will be better to have the possibility to manage completely the Email

As a conga esign user. I have developed various contracts and agreements.i dont have any negative to say about conga esign

I will love it if the process to configure conga can be simplified and the addition of more features such as quick setup and ability to have more tha ten receipt.

It was solving the problem with customer documents that business needs you can easy setup conga for invoice contract or any documents generation based on your businesses requirements
Conga-Sign is a terrible cheap alternative to DocuSign

I do not like anything about this tool. It has the minimum functionality to get something signed but will take hours to successfully send something

you cannot resend, when you make a mistake you have to start all the way at the beginning, you cannot view the document after it has been sent, if there is an a mistake you have to start from scratch. customers are not familiar with the tool and the emails are more likely to get blocked

It is very easy to administer and integrate with Salesforce.

Nothing. It only works with Salesforce (api is just getting released), but that's ok for our organization.
