System Improvement and Development
What do you like best about the product?
I like the realtime progress of the data as well as the detailed version and interaction with the Operation and Driver.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain things that didn't consider in the system like addresses, reports creation and API Interaction etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to understand the Turn Around of our Deliveries much better but this is regards if the driver use it 100% and correct as the application is more on Driver Interaction and not automation.
User friendly and flexible to customize based on customer requirement.

Product variety from optimization till track and trace.

Response time on optimization query still take long lead time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously our operations using skilled staff to generate static routing, resulted in gap of utilization.
After using Locus, can see more flexibility of dynamic routing and increase in utilization almost 20-30%.

More effective geo tagging based travel distance captured by the App based on the address- Locus should pick up Lat Long based on the address- Today google can do the same, Automate the same in the app

Route planning. It is benefitting my company because, our logistics team does not need to plan the best routes for each batch of deliveries.

1. Communication, due to the different language used, sometimes it is hard to convey the right intention of the words.

Planning tools and other important features which should be available out of the box need to be paid for. Should be made available right away.
