What do you like best about the product?
Instructors are different, styles are different, but all seem to be very knowledgeable and explain things quite well
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the module will skip back to one I've already done and I lose place and can't tell where I am....that's happening with the AGS course currently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
new methodologies and approaches to future development use
Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find relevant courses and filter by skill level. Can track progress in a particular area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some assessments (React) also cover tangential topics heavily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team is able to have a common set of core skills. Individuals can jump-start learning a particular skill.

Great learning resource - on your own time!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to log in whenever and from wherever I want is fantastic. The site saves my progress so I can do a little training, and come back to it to continue where I left off when I have more time. The instructors are knowledgeable and usually move at a good pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technology changes so fast that sometimes the modules I need are slightly (sometimes more than slightly) out of date by the time I get to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've strengthened my database and SQL skills to an enormous degree, so I can help my department optimize the database and queries on our large amounts of data. I've also used Pluralsight to learn about updates to Visual Studio and learn C#.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The diversity of topics is endless. I've taken courses that range from programming in C# to databases to interface design. There are also levels (beginner to advanced) that help figure out whether a course may be too difficult for a user's skill level or perfect for supplementing some already used skills. The ability to log in whenever and from wherever you want is an amazing plus. The fact that there are videos instead of just reading along is also super helpful in making the courses feel almost like a live class. The only potential downside is that many of the courses don't offer any kind of "do this with me" exercises - some people learn (or remember) better with that kind of training. But there are notes and exercises that can be downloaded with most of the training so you can go back and try them yourself later, or try following along with your own software while watching the video, if desired. All in all, this seems to be a great investment in a techie future!

A wide range of subjects with properly compartmentalized/divided into smaller portions content

  • September 11, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It has a wide range of material, I can find almost anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. There could more on Salesforce and SpringBoot as subjects. 2. The company version of the site keeps opening on the webpage that wants me to fill in a skill test to update my profile. I'd prefer not to score myself and work on a profile; I'd rather just learn and have a search page as my home page here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quiet self-study to further myself for specific project in Java, SpringBoot, and Lightning components (Salesforce).

Awesome Learning Magic Wand for Software Developers

  • September 11, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The huge library of courses and the production quality of those courses. Also the video player is really awesome since you can change the video playback speeds.

Cherry on top are excellent iOS and Android app, which helps to learn on the go.

You can also create channels of curated content and share it with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. May be search could be better. On UI, I liked the previous UI layout. Also the offline video player for windows hasn't improved much in years.

The offline windows app hasn't been updated since long time and that needs a good look from Pluralsight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My transition into a DevOps / Cloud Engineer from a Software Engineer. Another is you can really brush up core computer science concepts in a readily accessible fashion
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go for it, its the best learning tool for software engineers. Pluralsight list of courses is very exhaustive including courses on machine learning and AI.

They even have a paths feature to guide you through your learning process.

One of the most engaging learning website

  • September 11, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion there is not a "must helpful" feature on this app. What I like most are two things: path&evaluation process and the fact that you get to find updated tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are no tutorials (or any other kind of material) about testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Pluralsight I learn new things which I can apply during work. I created a website
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is great if you want to learn something new

Amazing Knowledge & Potential In One Package

  • September 11, 2019
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Pluralsight has a huge wealth of knowledge and videos covering an impressively wide range of subjects. There is information to help me grow and develop my IT career while also improving my knowledge and skills for my favourite hobby, Photography.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism is that many of the videos are more like rolling PowerPoint presentations, while I am a visual leaner often I prefer actual tutorial and demonstration videos from sites such as YouTube. However, Pluralsight stills provides me with a very grounded basis on which to practice and learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently studying to pass my Comptia A+ IT Fundamentals exam and Pluralsight has been instrumental in growing my knowledge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Integrate Pluralsight with other sources of knowledge, especially if you are a visual learner and it will help you out tremendously.
