Ardoq was a good experience to use
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about ardoq was its user-friendly interface and the number of features providing by the company to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I felt Ardoq could improve is in its customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ardoq extensively for Data Visulaization and strategy and roadmapping tools, they help me in my day to day tasks of scheduling and managing my data.

It's interface and the ability to create a custom image in a single file is very useful in the application

Easy problem solving and a good solution for the problem

User Interface and the steep learning curve that comes along with it

Helps me navigate enterprise arch bottlenecks, provides visibility and helps optimize

What like is that ardoq is that I'm able to maintain the IT infraestructure fairly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing information is not easily available in the web page, a demo needs to be requested and/or contact a partner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaning the IT infraesture devices and software (licencing) with reminders to avoid any security breaches due to software update life cycle ending. With that and with the fact that you can setup other devices/software that will take over is great to follow through the implemintation process, CAB is simplied with Ardoq.

Exactly What You Need for To Innovate Your Business Process
What do you like best about the product?
Ardoq is a wonderful tool that will help your growing business innovate its business processes. From keeping track of internal business projects to driving your business forward and everything in between, Ardoq has what you need! A true one-stop-shop!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no experienced anything with Ardoq yet that I dislike. If I do, I will update!

We use Ardoq to manage our application portfolio as well as create strategy for where we plan to go in the future.
The best business process tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
I've seen some demo's of Ardoq on Youtube. The tool looks so intuitive to use and can have a significant added value for your young companies that need to create complete business orocesses and start documenting any sort of internal projects. Start ups are evolving and need to keep the processes in line and make sure to have the proper tools to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure of understanding the whole pricing of Ardoq, as I am not an active user right now. I've heard that it may be expensive, depending on the needs of the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't currently use Ardoq, but the way I would use would be for the business process tool (Enterprise Architecture) and the strategy/innovation roadmap in assessing growth projects within a small/medium company.
