Hatica provides a comprehensive measure of dev team productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic tool to get a data-driven overview of our team’s work activity, productivity, and overall team morale. We particularly like seeing dev metrics and well-being metrics that help us not just boost our performance but also sustain high performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not support custome dashboard views
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We gained visibility into our people's work contribution and imrpoved our team's well-being by reducing post work hour meetings

Quick insights and very comprehensive reports delivered to our email and communications channels-makes our meetings, retros and planning more focused and productive.

Takes some time to get used to the dashboards.
