What do you like best about the product?
I like that Blueshift comes with great features for unifying customer data and also comes with great data management features.
With this tool, we leverage on AI features to customer customer experience and this promotes customer loyalty and high retention.
I like that we can create and automate customer customer journeys which helps when it comes to targeted marketing which Blueshift is good at.
With the tool, creating complex marketing campaigns is always easy thanks to the automation features of this tool.
I also like the analytics and optimization aspects of Blueshift and it includes features such as AB testing which gives us best insights on how to manage and better or marketing campaigns.

The tool comes with amazing customer journey features and it makes it possible to personalize marketing which ensures we have successful marketing campaigns.
Powerful All-in-One CDP and ESP for Large Catalogs
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for Blueshift to serve as our CDP and ESP as well as the ability to handle our extensive catalog of over 1M products and 30M applications and manage our send volume.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite technically difficult to manage. Luckily we have a great partner who manages implementation of our email system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our extensive catalog and personalization of emails.

I have used Blueshift and it has been a success without problems. The customer support team are always helpful when need arises.

With the tool, we leverage on customer data and marketing tool to shoot our business marketing efforts to the roof and it has worked well. It offers great marketing automation, personalization and great AI features making it very effective.
Enterprise solution flexible
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and flexibility in evolution. Blueshift team consider suggestions from client for improving the tool. 10 times new feature released every year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some part of the UI are quite technical, for example user profile is visible in json format, easy for technical not so easy for marketing

Multichannel communications and journey in a unique tool, you can manage in a unique place all the channel and check by each customers what you sent to him/her
Powerful Recommendations, Easy Interfaces and great support
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the patform and how I can join my campaigns together with the journey mapper. The recommendations are really powerful and data is received in realtime.
Implementation was quick and easy to, with full support from the team.
This is the only tool I use, to monitor campaigns, and data as well as being able to see results and make tweaks along the way.
It was easy to integrate this into the business.

Not as well known in Uk so not able to partner with som real time email clients

It allows us to collect user behaviour and personalise/target emails to users in real time throughout their journey with us

What do you like best about the product?
Blueshift provides quality customer support, a fantastic and ever-growing list of features, a workflow that supports both marketers and developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the documentation could be more robust. More access or different "roles" or permission sets for technical developers and integrators would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have intense requirements surrounding recommendations and Blueshift's rec engine is one of the most advanced out there. Our ability to integrate on a deep level and share customer attributes out of our own data model keeps us at the top of the heap when we are messaging our customers.

Blueshift truly excels in delivering personalized, data-driven customer experiences at scale. I appreciate how intuitive the interface is, especially when setting up multi-channel journeys across email, SMS, and push notifications. The AI-powered recommendations and predictive segmentation are incredibly helpful for targeting the right users at the right time, boosting engagement and conversion rates significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, the initial setup can be a bit overwhelming due to the range of features and integrations. It would be helpful to have more guided onboarding tutorials or live walkthroughs to speed up the learning curve for new users.

Blueshift is solving the challenge of fragmented customer data and ineffective, one-size-fits-all messaging. By unifying data from multiple sources and enabling real-time segmentation, it allows us to deliver highly personalized and timely communications across channels. This has led to improved engagement, higher conversion rates, and a more seamless customer experience—while also saving us time through intelligent automation and streamlined campaign management.
Flexible and easy to use marketing automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding and support team are top notch. They also take feedback seriously and improve product directly from user experience.
The platform is relatively easy to use with flexible features to adapt to any number of needs from static list sends to AWS integrations and API feeds.
Implementation is straight forward as long as you have clean data from your system, if you are dealing with bad product data it may take a second to properly integrate.

What do you dislike about the product?
The two biggest downsides to Blueshift are the reporting - it would be nice to be able to filter and segement reports based on use attributes directly in the platform. The other issue that has popped up is when exporting your data into a CSV or Excel it lumps all the customer attirubtes into a large data blob that is difficult to parse.

Blueshift is automating marketing and product comes form customer onboarding to notifications and promotions.

The steps it's little complicated A's it requires business email to registration and many people trying to leave business emails private for works

the pricing model can be a bit steep for smaller businesses or startups.
