The Keeper Password Manager is Great!

  • September 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Keeper Password Manager has been nice to have to be able to share passwords with coworkers that need them and store my passwords for frequently visited websites. This product has been easy to use and implement into daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The keeper icon can occasionally block the view password button on some websites, which can make it frustrating to verify the correct password is being used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper is helping to allow us to keep our passwords secure while still being able to share them with the users who need them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Keeper's browser plugin the fills passwords for you. No need to go searching, the filler does the work for you. Our company has used various password safe programs, but never had the ease of use for our end users that keeper provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Keeper that I have found is that I didn't start using it sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company that deals with various security frameworks, such as HIPAA, HiTrust, and FIPS, we have data requirements that mean that we simply cannot risk our data. Keeper allows us to keep our data safe behind extremely complex, long passwords without users having to type anything in, or rely on memory or simple passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper Password Manager is very user-friendly, integrating smoothly with most browsers and operating systems. As an administrator, I find it challenging to encourage people to adopt password managers, but using SSO simplifies the process since there is no need for users to go through a separate sign-up. The ability to share logins, including one-time passwords, means that no single person has to manually confirm or enter a text-based OTP. Additionally, the strong encryption provides reassurance that all records remain secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawbacks I have experienced are related to the use of biometrics. I have noticed some inconsistencies with Touch ID functionality, which can be frustrating. Another issue is the lack of a confirmation step when adding a one-time password to a record. If you accidentally navigate away from the page—a common occurrence on many sites—the Keeper dropdown disappears, and the updated record is not saved. This can lead to the real problem of being unable to access a website because the OTP was not saved in the Keeper record. It would be helpful if changes were autosaved or if users received an early warning before leaving the page.

Additionally, the admin approval process for users could be improved. When a user signs on for the first time, they require admin approval, but the admin does not receive any notification that an approval is pending. As a result, the user must reach out to the admin separately, which is inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KPM is helping to decrease the frequency of password sharing through unsecured channels like chat software, email, and even post-it notes. Additionally, it has enabled us to cut down on some of our subscriptions by allowing multiple users to have viewer access under a single licence, whereas before, each user needed their own licence.

All-in-One Password Manager That's Easy to Use and Enterprise-Ready

  • August 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Robust security policies and access management mechanisms.

A rich feature set for secure password sharing, including options for one-time access, expiry, and contextual sharing.

Strong integration with other Keeper Security services, such as Connection Manager, Remote Browser Isolation, Secrets Manager, and KeeperPAM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The administrative user interface (UI) is not as intuitive as it could be, with certain features being difficult to locate.
The performance of the Admin UI has been unacceptable over the past couple of months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper Password Manager solves several key problems, providing an enterprise-level solution for managing both personal and shared credentials across an organization. Its API integrations allow for the seamless integration of password management into broader business processes. The platform also offers robust reporting capabilities, which enable the benchmarking of the organization's secrets management security posture. A major benefit is its zero-knowledge and zero-trust security architecture, ensuring all data is encrypted on the user's device, so even Keeper itself cannot access the stored information.

Very good password manager (and more!), constantly evolving

What do you like best about the product?
Before the product, it is appropriate to commend the company that supports its clients without forcing them to purchase. The commercial/technical pre-sales duo we dealt with is probably one of the best we have worked with, across all companies/technologies. They are attentive and were able to answer all our questions to allow us to test the product and understand/evaluate all its features before we could validate the purchase on our side.

Then, Keeper did not abandon us once the licenses were acquired. They supported us in the adoption of the solution by the users.

Finally, the support is responsive and we can quickly communicate with representatives who have mastery of the product.

Regarding the product, it is both comprehensive and easy to use. We chose it at the time because it was both affordable, had detailed documentation, and especially a feature for integration with our identity provider to simplify user access via SSO.

The feature for sharing entries/folders is appreciated by users as well as the family license offered.

We have since subscribed to the secret management offer for our internal applications and developments. We are also currently evaluating the bastion/privileged access management offer integrated into the Keeper vault.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zero-knowledge model is robust but involves some inconveniences or complications in return (e.g., the necessity for users to log in for the first time and authorize account transfer before we can share entries with them).

The product's ergonomics or architecture is not always simple and intuitive, but things tend to evolve.

The integration with the browser is not as smooth and efficient as the password manager integrated into the browser (like Chrome, for example), but it does the job well once you learn how to use it, and Keeper is responsive in correcting non-detected or poorly detected username/password fields on certain sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper allows users to regain control over their usernames and passwords. They have visibility over what was previously stored and hidden in the browser. They can also share certain entries with their team more securely than before.

On the IT side, we have integrated Keeper into our account provisioning process. Thus, the temporary passwords of new arrivals are stored in Keeper and transmitted to their manager so that sensitive information does not pass through unsecured tools.

When employees leave, we can also retrieve the contents of their vaults and thus prevent access or important information from being lost.

All the work and communication done around Keeper helps to raise broader awareness among employees about cybersecurity issues, both in the company and at home.

What do you like best about the product?
saves passwords, auto fills, has password generator. key reason we use is SSO integration and not requiring master password for end users

Great Way to Manage Secrets and Logins

  • July 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We are a relatively small small company, but find it useful for both our developers and our other operations employees for a variety of reasons.

Primarily, it's integration with 0365 and compliance features.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin, I disklike that I cannot use SSO for login and the user needs to accept the invite before they can be added to groups.

The cost has gone up 250% since we signed up 2.5 years ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows users to share secrets amongst their team and keep configurations in a secure location.
