Keeper is a Safe and Reliable Storage App
What do you like best about the product?
I feel that my data and information is secure, and they are constantly updating the security to stay current with possible threats. I also like the organization of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there are any downsides. It serves my needs and allows for flexibility of logging in whether on my phone or laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use to save my passwords in an un-encrypted space, but since switching, all of my information is safe and secured within the vault. I realize that I can easily and quickly pull up information when I need it and move on with my day with ease.
Reliable and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper Password Manager makes it easy to save and access unique passwords across all devices. I can't say enough about how easy it is to access the huge variety of sites I have to access between work, personal life, and non-profit board work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally when I open a website or app within another app Keeper does not pop up on my Android, but in that situation I just go to the app and copy my password. There is ONE website I access that does not seem to like Keeper. Only one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now if a third party website is hacked I don't have to change all of my passwords because they are all different. Keeper also lets me know if any of my passwords are showing on the Dark Web.

Very Good Password Manager
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to store strong passwords for websites as well as being able to generate secure passwords these sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to pay to upgrade to unlock all features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to remember passwords is definitely a plus. Also, being able to generate secure passwords is also very useful, and necessary.
Tough to use

Did a good job saving all my passwords and keep tracking of private notes

The interface was really hard to use. The auto fill function rarely worked. It was hard entering your passwords.

Because it was hard to enter passwords, I mostly used Keeper for private notes

I'm not sure I can think of any. The product has worked well for me.

Great product with cross-platform support
What do you like best about the product?
We use the Keeper product across all our devices - iPhones, iPads, iOS and Windows laptops. It allows us to keep everything in sync, and access our passwords wherever we are. I also love the random password generator feature, and secure folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found nothing about the product that I dislike.

The product allows me to share and access my passwords from any device at any time.
Reliable and it works!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Keeper is easy to use and allows me to access the vault on any website. It is easy to use and has a login window in the toolbar that doesn't make you go to their webpage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's annoying when it tries to set up passwords on websites. It sometimes guesses that you're trying to set up a new password when you're not and sometimes I've had issues where I thought I save a password on site but it didn't save. Could be user error though...

I only need my master password and then all my passwords are stored. I have hundreds of accounts for personal and business and it makes it super convenient. They just need to make sure it is kept secure.

What do you like best about the product?
I live using the application it stores all my data and passwords in one safe location. I love the way you can save images in password to show invoices for purchases

I dont dislike anything it works perfectly

I think the application has moved forwards well and it has helped me to realise all the safety critical data I hold in one place

Issues if users are in different Keeper datacentres
