Reliable and Secure Password Management for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how simple it is to create, store, and manage passwords, both for myself and for the entire team. The built-in password generator is excellent, making it easy for us to maintain strong password standards without much effort. Sharing credentials securely with team members is straightforward, and when someone leaves or changes roles, revoking their access is quick and doesn’t require resetting all the passwords. Managing sensitive login information has become much less stressful, and I feel confident that everything is encrypted and well managed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the admin features was somewhat challenging at the beginning, particularly when it came to understanding roles and permissions. A few of the settings are not immediately intuitive, so there is definitely a learning curve involved. Additionally, the cost can increase depending on the number of users required. However, despite these points, I find that the security and peace of mind provided make it worthwhile overall.

Keeper has helped us address the issue of scattered and insecure password storage within our teams. Previously, we kept passwords in browsers, spreadsheets, or sometimes even shared them over email, which was clearly neither safe nor sustainable. With Keeper, all our credentials are now stored securely in a single location, and we have the ability to control who can access specific information. The built-in password generator has also made it easier for us to avoid weak or reused passwords by encouraging the use of strong, unique ones. For our team, being able to share credentials securely and immediately revoke access when someone leaves or changes roles has been a significant advantage, providing us with much greater control and visibility from a security perspective.
Almost perfect
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper Password Manager is very user-friendly, integrating smoothly with most browsers and operating systems. As an administrator, I find it challenging to encourage people to adopt password managers, but using SSO simplifies the process since there is no need for users to go through a separate sign-up. The ability to share logins, including one-time passwords, means that no single person has to manually confirm or enter a text-based OTP. Additionally, the strong encryption provides reassurance that all records remain secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawbacks I have experienced are related to the use of biometrics. I have noticed some inconsistencies with Touch ID functionality, which can be frustrating. Another issue is the lack of a confirmation step when adding a one-time password to a record. If you accidentally navigate away from the page—a common occurrence on many sites—the Keeper dropdown disappears, and the updated record is not saved. This can lead to the real problem of being unable to access a website because the OTP was not saved in the Keeper record. It would be helpful if changes were autosaved or if users received an early warning before leaving the page.
Additionally, the admin approval process for users could be improved. When a user signs on for the first time, they require admin approval, but the admin does not receive any notification that an approval is pending. As a result, the user must reach out to the admin separately, which is inconvenient.

KPM is helping to decrease the frequency of password sharing through unsecured channels like chat software, email, and even post-it notes. Additionally, it has enabled us to cut down on some of our subscriptions by allowing multiple users to have viewer access under a single licence, whereas before, each user needed their own licence.
Password manager adapted to the cloud world
What do you like best about the product?
I highlight the ease it offers in identity administration and management, as well as the option to share credentials and folders with teams. Additionally, I value the possibility of adding OTP tokens, which contributes to a more complete and secure experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps what is missing is greater clarity regarding the destination folder when adding a new record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It facilitates the management of shared users and the OTP tokens of the accounts we frequently access, something that would otherwise be very difficult to handle.

Keeper Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows us to keep our passwords all in one secure place. Since we use so many different platforms at work the ease of being able to just remember one log in password for Keeper and then having it spit out all our other passwords with a click of a button is great. I like that we can add shared team passwords in here as well for systems that multiple people use. I log in to Keeper everyday because I need it to remember logins for everything at work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeper Password Manager solves several key problems, providing an enterprise-level solution for managing both personal and shared credentials across an organization. Its API integrations allow for the seamless integration of password management into broader business processes. The platform also offers robust reporting capabilities, which enable the benchmarking of the organization's secrets management security posture. A major benefit is its zero-knowledge and zero-trust security architecture, ensuring all data is encrypted on the user's device, so even Keeper itself cannot access the stored information.
