Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The setup is easy, usage is cool. You have several options of locations to connect from. It has an admin portal where the admins can do a lot of management
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing critical. It works fine and is not giving us any problems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping our staff safe when they travel out of office.
Ok consumer VPN
What do you like best about the product?
Nord provides an easy to use VPN client, which can be used by traveling team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nord has a lot of limitations with integrations, and federation with Azure is spotty at best. Support is rather slow in responding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replaced business VPN, but introduced other issues, due to integration limitations.
Troubleshooting and monitoring tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Its definitely worth it for the level of security and privacy it provides. Im extremely satisfied, with this solution as it provides top notch VPN services.
What do you dislike about the product?
This limits flexibility. Makes tailoring the service to needs more difficult. The absence of logs and resource control adds complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NordLayer solves issues such, as connection speeds, susceptibility to cyber threats. It make sure improved productivity, and safeguarding of data.
A Really Solid VPN Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use and manage, basically plug and play, the features are nice and the interface is really easy to work with. Pretty satisfied with this VPN solution since day one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no complaints with this app if I'm being honest.

Static IP, Ease of Access when shifting IP addresses
Fast and very helpful support
What do you like best about the product?
All issues were easily resolved via the support button, I received an almost immediate response. Had very few issues overall and the client works great!

I wish I knew of it and used it sooner! Very happy overall with this solution.

Ensuring employees can work remotely from anywhere, and keeping logs.

NordLayer offers exceptional security, with robust encryption and a dedicated network infrastructure. Its user-friendly interface ensures ease of use.

connectivity issues, such as slower speeds during peak usage times. Additionally, the pricing may be higher compared to some other VPN services,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NordLayer enhances online security and privacy by encrypting internet traffic. This is crucial for protecting sensitive data, especially in business environments where data breaches can be costly.
Never pay yearly upfront. You'll never get a refund for reducing seats.

Nothing. We're dropping NordLayer as soon as our payment period ends. (Never pay yearly upfront!)

- Low performance, loses connection frequently. Terrible for enterprise use.
- Bad customer service. quick to connect, nothing is resolved. They don't even know thir own policy and feeds customers with wrong information.
- What kind of Enterprise VPN provider CHANGE SERVER IP WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE CUSTOMER? We couldn't connect to our servers because they changed VPN server IP suddenly, and lost thousands of customers.

VPN mostly worked fine - customer support is terrible
What do you like best about the product?
The VPN worked as expected - performance was acceptable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is terrible. Only support is through chat. Simple billing issue could not be addressed. Said they would refer it to Finance, who "should get back to you in a few days, but no guarantee", meanwhile locked out of company account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primily, secure access for staff who are travelling or working remotely.

Nothing actually. Product is self service and works well

I like how easy it is to add members of my team to the account and it's afforable!

Sometimes it can block access to my internet, unsure why, but it's an easy fix.

Having an all-remote team means digital security is extra important. NordLayer provides affordable reassurance that just can't be beaten.
