Trouble with NordVPN
What do you like best about the product?
I can log onto work programs safely - Steve was very helpful trouble shoooting my issues - use ie everday when I have to log on remote. All in all took about 5 minutes to get NordVPN setup and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the programs I use for remote while connected to NordVPN run a little slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security for company infomation

What do you like best about the product?
NordLayer has a great amount of security for my business when it comes to protecting digital assets, private information, and so much more. The design of NordLayer is very easy to navigate and understand. It's definitely user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't seem to personally find any downsides to NordLayer. I wouldn't change anything about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NordLayer is helping my business to protect clients personal information as well as business information such as profits and spending. The firewall and VPN are a big help and great features!
Good but not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
Makes me feel more secure online. Also needed for cyber security accreditation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to switch countries to get the connection to work. The internet connection is lost and I had to work out that a work around is to switch countries but that has other effects like ads in a foreign language (that's not bad though, less annoying when you can't understand them!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabled us to get cyber essentials certification
Good all round, straightforward to get working for everyone in the team.
What do you like best about the product?
Feels like it's designed for companies/developers - linux support is great and needed to support developers, but everything else is really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing seems slightly more than I would expect - especially for dedicated servers.

We need to ensure our data is protected when traveling

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity to add and remember members and distribute licenses between team members. Very straight forward to setup and when i did have a snack customer support hooked me up in a few minutes with a resolution. We use it practically every day on the sepcific project we bought it for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't assign a Static IP to just ONE member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us (in South Africa) to work with US clients without them needing to adjust their GeoFencing rules.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of use, configuration and deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment it is not available in languages such as Spanish (which is ideal for me).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perimeter security and complementary to EPP protection
Great tool for monitor devices in network
What do you like best about the product?
We use this tool to monitor VPN activity in one of our client organization and it definitely does a great job. NordLayer can also control access for remote devices and apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Nordlayer.
